A storm had come while we were away
A storm had come while we were away. Security helped us dig our car out and could have jump started our car if the battery was dead due to the bitter cold. You can’t ask for better service than that. You rarely wait more than a few minutes for the shuttle. Prices if you use their app are reasonable.

This was my first time using long term…
This was my first time using long term parking (instead of a car service). My experience was great… the shuttle to the airport picked us up immediately after I parked my car and brought us to the airport. Similarly, after my trip and upon my return, the shuttle from the airport arrived within 3 minutes to brought us directly to my car . I will use them again for sure!

This company is honest
This company is honest, straightforward, and reliable getting you to and from the airport from their parking lot. Because we have an electric vehicle, we are really appreciate that they charge the car while it’s there.

Great service, great price.
Reservations are easy to make online. The price for a week's parking is less than Uber rides to and from the airport. Shuttle drivers are great, and shuttle buses are always ready to run.

Customer for 5+ years.
I have been using Newark Airport Long Term parking over 5+ years and over the years they got better with new technology thats easy on customer and operations less wait and no more text when we arrived. if you prebook, you get QR code and you can use to enter thier parking lot and there is a shuttle waiting to pick you up and when you arrive, you just have to go to deisgnated area and shuttle is waiting for you. Parking rate is little more than others but thier service is far better. I would keep using them whenever I use Newark airport for my travelling needs. Drivers are professional and courteuos.

Annoyed with Full Day Charge for 4 Minutes
This is a great lot and I use it every trip to EWR Airport. Good location, usually quick pickup service. Their App is convenient for booking reservations and paying.We just returned from a trip and I was charged a full day when checking out four minutes into the next day. If the pickup had been a little quicker, I would not be charged the extra amount. I think NLTP needs to revise their policy to allow a small buffer for situations like this. I rated 4 stars instead of 5 for this annoyance. Otherwise, I recommend this parking location.
