They unilaterally raise rates
They unilaterally raise rates, use fake 'host' names who they then blame for the increases. The real host denied the existence of anyone by the pseudonym. When I called out neighbot.com for this fraud, they suspended my account. I will report this company for fraud to the consumer protection bureau. Using fake identities to raise rates and mislead the renter is fraud.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. They allow people to use false information for their bookings and do not verify information used. If you are renting a space this means junk and cars are left in your space. You have no way to get payment for past due services and are now stuck with evicting junk. They also refuse to remove false information and require you to create an account if your information is being falsely used.

FRAUD
FRAUD. I signed up for only a few days to store a UHaul trailer for moving my parents to another state. I notified the host when we left, and somehow I have been charged for the past 7 months for an additional $700. Neighbor support said it's my fault. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Other than a lot of complaining, great site
This seems like a very good way to communicate around the neighborhood and also to keep other people safe. The only thing I don’t care for is the pretty regular complaining about the homeless etc. That is definitely not cool but people who want to reach out and help them getting on there and talking about that I’m fine with.

It would seem more supportive of the hosts if you could respond on a negative review. Just seems unfair that a renter can say whatever they want with no option for the hosts to respond. They are the ones that do the work to make you money.

Terrible experience, do not recommend using this.
How about you do contracts with parking garages on an annual basis. Or if you are no longer go to partner with a parking garages, don’t put it on your website the month the partner ship ends. Used it for one month and now had to find a new parking garage and was giving a short notice. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR PARKING GARAGES, JUST GO THROUGH THE PARKING GARAGE ITSELF.
