Exceptional Experience!I contacted Bailey & Shipp Electric on 11/10/22 at 9:30 a.m., due to an electrical emergency that left half of my home without power. Bailey & Shipp Electric came out the same day before 2 p.m. Technician Carlos accurately accessed the problems. As my home was built in the early 1960s, a lot of updating (to include the push button breaker box,) was over due which were contributing factors to the electrical emergency. Carlos along with Techician Bryan worked professionally and diligently and they were able to restore the electricity to my entire home the same day. The updating was successfully and professionally completed within 2 days. Both Technicians were efficient, courteous, patient and very knowledgeable of their jobs. They explained every aspect of their procedures and there were no surprises. Carlos and Bryan ensured that I was satisfied with all work products/procedures and costs. They also cleaned up all areas very well upon completion of their work. Bailey & Shipp Electric provided excellent and professional workmanship and the costs were very reasonable.
