Totally regrettable purchase
I bought the GT3 Max specifically because it advertised 46.6 miles of range. In reality, this scooter is nowhere close. Even riding conservatively in “D” mode at only 12 mph — which is slower than the normal flow of bike lanes in New York City — I only got an estimated 22 miles from a full charge. At a normal speed of 14 mph, I’m only seeing about 16 miles total.Unless you plan to crawl along at walking speed in lab conditions, you will not get anywhere near the promised range. This makes the scooter impractical and unreliable for real-world commuting. I paid extra for the “Max” version only because of its advertised extended range, and it has turned out to be a waste of money. To make matters worse, customer support is no good. It took a week and three emails just to get any kind of response.Buyers should be aware that the advertised range is misleading, and unless Navee addresses this, I cannot recommend this product.

Navee S60: defective stem is dangerous
We are experiencing an issue with a NAVEE S60 scooter. We purchased this scooter online in September 2024.Our son has been using this scooter almost daily to commute to school. In December, he had an accident after the stem became loose, causing the handlebar to fall, which led to the scooter crashing and our son falling as well—he could have been seriously injured. We already had difficulty requesting after-sales service, as the seller initially refused to take responsibility. Eventually, we returned the scooter in its original packaging to the nearest store on December 23.On January 10, the SAV team contacted us and claimed that the issue was due to an "impact." They provided us with a repair estimate of 223 euros, which we refused. As a result, the scooter was returned to the store without being repaired. When we went to pick it up on January 20, we noticed that it had been returned without its original packaging, with new scratches, missing covers, and disconnected cables. We refused to take it back, and the store submitted a new SAV request. In the meantime, we have seen on the seller’s website and its SAV platform that 4 or 5 other users have reported similar issues with the stem. It is now evident that this is a manufacturing defect, yet neither the manufacturer nor the seller is willing to acknowledge it.We would appreciate your urgent assistance in resolving this issue.

Navee N65
Hi,I bought an electric scooter Navee n65 from netonnet sweden. I got flat tyre and ask for the help, they told me that I must contact where I bought. I contacted but they said the warranty doesn't cover flat tyre. I already review on them. But when I was trying to fix it by my self, so it has very low quality screws and they got stripped. I contacted Navee and they even didn't tell me the size of axle and screws. I want to share their replies, how they responded. I don't recommend their scooters. If you can't repear it in the market, so it cost almost half of the scooter price when you just got flate tyre.
