Piggies love the forage trays and packs
This is my 3rd purchase I believe. The piggies go absolutely nuts for the forage trays! All trays have been tried, and each one is a hit. They love the forage packs too - I sprinkle some on their hay and it's good enrichment for them for the next hour or so! Once dispatched, it was sent with a tracked 24hr service so that's a huge bonus as well. Highly recommend Nature's Own products!

Very happy guinea pig customers
Just came online to order some more wood shavings and hay for my guinea pigs from Nature’s Own and realised I’ve never left a review and really should. I exclusively use Nature’s Own to buy all of my guinea pigs’ wood shavings, hay, etc. - such good quality (they popcorn every time they get fed the meadow hay), great to support an independent business, never had any issues with delivery which is always super prompt - and they always include lovely handwritten notes! I’ll continue to use them as long as I have my piggies.

Excellent quality and well received by my piggies
I have two male guinea pigs and ordered a variety of hay and forage for them. The ordering process was easy and informative, the goods delivered promptly and quality is excellent. The proof of the pudding is always in the eating and the boys really enjoyed their new hays and forage last night.

Fantastic service, great products
I’ve tried so many different types of hay and this is the only one my rabbit will eat. It’s so fresh and green and much better than any other hay. I recently had a bit of an emergency when I ran out and after going to 3 different shops who were all out of stock I rang up directly and the customer service was amazing. They got me some shipped out the same day so I just want to say a massive thank you.

Brilliant company
Brilliant company! I have been ordering from them for around a year now and I can honestly say that buying from them is a joyful experience every time. My orders always arrive on time and the customer service is top class. Their products are always fabulous quality and my guinea pigs love them. I always love how they add a personal message on the invoice too; the little things go a long way!

We spent ages looking at our local pet shops/ b&m for the only hay our fussy guinea pigs will eat and nowhere had it in stock so we decided to look online instead. We're so glad we ordered directly from Nature's Own as we have cut out the middle-man to get our hay and probably spent less than the cost difference of driving everywhere looking for some! The delivery was very quick (ordered Sunday evening and arrived Tuesday morning), the price was still very good, the hay looks a lot fresher than what we can get in shops and the note on the order slip was a nice touch. We will definitely be buying our hay from here in the future. Many thanks!

very good company for bunny products
I always buy the timothy hay with dandelions, wood shavings, hay cookies, and other treats for my bunny. Scarlet loves all their products. She goes crazy when she sees the hay :-) Since I have discovered this company few months ago, I place regular orders as soon as I run out. The prices are really good with free deliveries, which is very convenient. Very quick despatch too! There is always a funny hand writing message on the invoice, which always brings a smile on my face. I definitely recommend them, and will continue to order Scarlet's favourite products from them.

Fantastic company and products
Our guinea pigs adore the hay and oat cookies. As for us - super easy to order and a very fast delivery at all times. I order from Natures Own Pets several times a year and have never had a single issue. A lovely UK company with amazing quality hay.

Exceptional Company!
Exceptional Company!Occasionally you come across a company that just does everything perfectly and this is one of them.The products are the very best quality, my Cavies adore everything. Ordering is straightforward, communication is direct and informative, and delivery is nothing short of a triumph, usually next day unless you order out of hours (you know, 3am if you can’t sleep)!Happy customer but more importantly very happy Cavies!

Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend. I originally ordered off Amazon for the same brand but I have since gone through to them direct, Better packaging and fast delivery. Rabbits love the hay and treats too of-course :)

Exceptional products and service
Exceptional products and service, I would highly recommend this company. I messed up ordering some hay and bedding for my guinea pigs as we were leaving for holiday. So I messaged them and had instant reply assuring me I wasn't too late to place an order. All orders arrive very quickly and my piggies absolutely love the meadow hay.

Natures Own is a little Gem
I am very happy to have discovered Natures Own during the pandemic. I would have previously bought my guinea pig's hay from a well known shop. Travelling in my car with a car full of hay was a problem as I am allergic to it. I used Natures Own after seeing that numerous people on a guinea pig Facebook page were using the company and they all seemed very happy with their purchases. The hay is really good quality and much cheaper than I was paying at the well known pet shop. It comes nicely packaged, I have used them twice now and I have noticed the packing has changed to make it more environmentally friendly, which is another plus for me, well done Natures Own. The first time I used then it was purely because of the pandemic, and trying to get everything delivered if possible. I will NEVER go back to using another company, Natures Own is where I will buy all my future hay purchases from.
