Best starter ticketing/helpdesk solution
An excellent low cost/free tool for SMEs. A simple and clean interface. The lesser features makes it easy for users to understand and use. You can get started within few minutes with few clicks. Like it very much

More akin to a basic to-do list rather than project management
Although the interface is neat, the app is stable and haven't had any performance issues with it yet, the app is missing some very crucial features:First of all, there is no smartphone app.Secondly, there are hardly any customization options with respect to the columns in list view. All you get is task title, status, date added, priority and assignee. I have crucial information that I need it displayed in list view without having to go into the task and look for it. You can't even re-arrange the columns in an order suitable to your needs. I genuinely hope the devs will implement this sooner rather than later.Thirdly, the folders in the project can't be re-ordered to suit my needs. Every folder newly created, goes automatically on top, which is pushing the older and important folders at the bottom. There should be the ability to not only reorder them to your heart's content, but also the ability to pin a specific folder to be always on top.Given all this, I truly believe the app has huge potential. Only time will tell if the devs will listen and take action for the betterment of the product.

Amazing tool for Help Desk
I bought this tool thinking it was just another project/task manager type tool. But, this isn't just a task/prject manager, I was unaware that it has custom forms that integrate with tons of different applications. I now have a Help Desk support form integrated right into slack and discord and it was so easy to setup. This tool has amazing capabilities and I'm very happy to have accidentally stumbled upon.
