Incredibly helpful for a first-time buyer
David and his team spent multiple hours explaining many of the nuances of precious metal ownership. There are many trade-offs between buying common bullion and somewhat rare, potentially collectible coins. His team took the time to explain the tradeoffs and to caution me about expecting positive results too rapidly. I saved over 10% on a silver purchase compared to an online shop that I had investigated. I gladly recommend National Gold Group as a source for purchasing precious metals.

VERY PROFESSIONAL
Working with David and Pamala has been a great experience with my recent gold and silver transfer to National Gold Group. The work that had to be done to transfer my account was a actual clown show from my other provider, sense it took over a week just to get an email change but thanks to Pamala we got it done. David and I spoke several times as to what would be best for me with changing things around to better improve my portfolio. I read that gold is a great hedge for part of your portfolio, but I knew absolutely nothing about purchasing it. After much research I reached out to National Gold Group, along with others, by email. They replied to my email right away and the next day Mathew from NGG gave me a call. He basically taught me all I needed to know about buying gold and silver and how to convert part of my 401K into a gold 401K. Mathew made the entire process effortless. Gold Investing
Let me start by saying when I set out to find a way to protect the money I had been saving by investing in gold, I wanted to go through the most reliable company I could find. I found that NATIONAL GOLD GROUP was going to make sure that, I being new to all this would be protected in my investments. I dealt with Matt (Matthew Dwyer} I call him Matt because he treats me as a friend and I him. To start out I spent about three months looking for a company. Most of the other companies I spoke with, I felt were a bit pushy want me to jump right in they called me several times trying to get me to hurry up and invest the way they put it was (there's no time to waste) this made me step back because to me I was looking at investing all my savings something I did not want to jump blindly into. Now back to Matt He wasn't pushy what he was, was patient, understanding, helpful and kind. I felt like NATIONAL GOLD GROUP wanted me to feel comfortable in my investing, that was done by Matt because he took time to teach me about what I was about to do. So NATIONAL GOLD GROUP isn't just out to make a sale their building a family of investors through good, honest, business practices. That Is why I recommend NATIONAL GOLD GROUP. I think everyone should at least talk with them. It can't hurt, but I think you'll like what you hear. they are great people every last one of them. It sure was nice to find a company with Integrity.
