Ticket closed before problem resolved
I’ve been parked in the same location for over two months. I’ve continually received messages that my RV has moved. I reported the problem to Waggle. They claimed to have fixed the problem and closed the ticket. Shameful since I was never contacted before closing the ticket. Stay away from the defective Waggle pet alarm.

I’ve visited Waggles Charlotte in Ballantyne multiple times because I live nearby and often stop in with my children. At first, the staff seemed welcoming while my application was still pending.However, over time the experience has completely changed. Recently, I’ve felt treated differently each time I come in — as if I’m being judged or assumed I’m not a serious customer.Staff members have limited which puppies we can see, imposed inconsistent rules, and communicated with an unnecessary attitude. Instead of feeling like a family-friendly environment, it feels like you are only treated well if you are ready to purchase immediately.Customer service should be consistent and respectful regardless of where someone is in the buying process. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location based on how we’ve been treated.

Our Waggle is a life saver
Our Waggle is a life saver. It keeps our RV monitored for our baby Cadence and we also use it during the winter to monitor freezing temps within the rig. The fact it is Verizon, we don't loose the signal hardly at all ( only out in the desert of Arizona for a few miles) other than that, excellent coverage!

This is an updated review from an issue I had with the emergency vet fund I subscribed to. I am very pleased to say Waggle went the extra mile and resolved it to 100% satisfaction. Misunderstandings can happen, how customer service handles it means a lot me, and they showed up! The product is great. I compete in dog sports and rely on Waggle to make sure my fans are still working, etc. An extra bonus I love is the geofencing. It’s great to know I can track my vehicle if it is stolen. Thank you Waggle for your good customer service!

We purchased a Waggle Camera to use to while we traveled to see our pets.
We purchased a Waggle Camera to use on our pets while we traveled. We had a very old dog, however, and were not able to initially use it. Recently our dog passed away, so we pulled it out to use it for our other pets. Waggle, however, no longer supported the app for it, and we are not able to use it. WaggleCam, however, decided to provide a new camera to us, at no cost, so we could currently use it to see our pets while we are gone. They mailed it us, and quickly provided support when we had questions. We are very grateful that they provided this to us, and are very excited to use it,

It’s a great rv camera when it works. Not sure how to get it to work again when it doesn't recognize the red light QR code. Oh well have to call customer support today!

Completely unreliable product…
I really wanted to like my Waggle products but have been continually disappointed. My first temp monitor was faulty and never worked. Waggle replaced it and my second one has continually had issues. The monitor stops updating regularly and does not update if the battery is below 25% even if manually refreshed. It might as well be out of battery if it stops reporting at that point as it is useless without the reporting capability. Customer service is not helpful. They keep insisting that they will reset the monitor and oh it will work this time and it never does. I have repeatedly asked them for a refund as the products do not work and I will not put my pets’ lives in the hands of such an unreliable product. They won’t refund me because they insist that their resets will fix the problem. It’s also useless if every time I want to check on my pet I need customer service to reset the product.

Issues with monitor, excellent customer service
I had significant difficulty getting the monitor to connect, even after warranty replacement. Now, it is working great. The customer service reps were very helpful and prompt in addressing/escalating issues. Best contact is by email, so it might take 24 hours to get a first response. Overall, I'm happy with the product and service, just wish the process had been smoother and problem-free.

Piece of mind
I have had the Waggle Pet Monitor for many years. We are part time RV'ers with 2 pups. I never regret the purchase. I have found that it's mostly accurate with the temperature. It may be off by a degree or two but it's right in the ball park. I will always worry about my fur babies unless they are with us but Waggle gives me a few hours of piece of mind when we go out without them.

Waggle camera is great!
We recently purchased a Waggle camera and it is a great device, suits our needs perfectly. It was easy to set up, simple to use and the app is seamless. The prices for the camera and the subscription service are very reasonable compared to other options we explored. I needed to contact customer service after erroneouslu setting up 2 user ids and they responded quickly, communicated clearly and were very kind. I highly recommend Waggle and it's products

So far the temperature monitor is working while camping. I just bought the waggle 4g camera but I haven’t set it up yet. I wish the camera plan was 1/2 a year, we don’t camp for a full year.

Update: The company has reached out to me and offered to send me a new one. I appreciated it, and they won me back. I am updating it to 4 stars as my initial interaction with customer service deducts a star. Josh followed up to make sure I was taken care of. Purchased waggle but can't even use it because I never received it. Lasership, being lasership, claimed to have delivered my package, but I never received it. They've delivered my package to wrong places and they never show any proof of delivery. At least, FedEx or UPS would show a photo of where they dropped it off for proof. Looking at some of these other reviews, it looks like Waggle stops helping after shipment/they got their money. For all of the online ordering I've done, Waggle has been the only company that I have not received my item/service or at least attempted to help me out. I wouldn't have mind reordering and paying again, but they just replied back, "Sorry, courier said they delivered it, we can't do anything about it" makes me feel like they didn't even try to help. No accountability by courier service and company.Comparing it to an experience I had where Fabletics used lasership and I never received my order. They reshipped another shipment and used UPS and I received my items just fine. With over 1 million packages stolen a day, you would think a company would insure it's package to make sure it gets to it's customer. But, that just goes to show you what type of company Waggle is.

Waste of money
I have only had this monitor for about 3 months. I have had to reach out to customer service at least 4 times. Today the monitor is not working because it has a 'low network' and customer service is not answering even though it states that they are there for another 3 hours. I have left voice messages, used their AI message and nothing. Complete waste of money since I got this for the sole purpose of using it on this trip and I can't even use it.

Not worth the headaches
I have been trying to get a working pet monitor for 2 months. I am paying a subscription that is useless because the monitor isn’t accurate on the temperature and the GPS is stuck in the same place since January of 2025, it is now August of 2025. They have given me the run around, which has not solved the problems. Don’t waste your money.

Terrible customer service
The device does report temperature and humidity, but only on the hour, and there's no way to get an update between standard reporting times. Customer service is hideous. I've called 10 times today, and every time the message says no one is available to take my call. Then someone attempted to call me back, but the phone number came through as possible spam, so my Verizon service blocked it. I called back within 2 minutes of receiving a voice mail, but still got the message that nobody was available to take my call. Email messages and boilerplate and don't address the issue I was asking about. The FAQ says to go to Profile on the app and select My Plan to change or cancel the monthly subscription, but there's no My Plan tab in Profile or anywhere else on the app. I am concerned that this is all a scam.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely awful service. My monitor was 14 months old and it no longer reports to my phone. I tried to speak to customer service and they are terrible. They said its not reporting you should buy a new monitor. Are you insane. I paid 400 dollars for a monitor and at barely a year old I have to buy another one. Absolutely not. Then they say okay we will send you a new one and when I get it its not even the same model its the old cheap lite model. Seriously do not recommend unless you like to throw away money. The wireless transmitter is low quality…
The wireless transmitter is low quality on the RV model, too many other options exist with either mainstream camera companies you already do business with like Google, nest, Amazon etc or specific RV companies like Tadi Brothers. You can have great Bluetooth and cellular coverage for dozens of devices and the waggle camera will still freeze up.

Customer Service is the worst
I have had the same experience as other people have had with Customer ServiceMy pet passed away and I did not need the camera or the temperature control and have reached out several times and I have not heard anything except an automated email every time you call the telephone number for Customer Service. No one is available. I’ll leave a message and no one calls me back.

No customer service
When I bought this last year they were quick to help me out. Now no one ever answers the phone. You have to leave your name and number and they MAY get back to you in three hours if you’re lucky. Who has that much time to waste waiting for them to call back! Then the guy could not wait to get off the phone and was no help at all
