This was my first time applying for FMLA, and I was incredibly nervous at first, afraid I wouldn't pass. But I quickly got an appointment with the doctor and received the documents within an hour. They even replied to my email inquiries within 5-10 minutes. I don't know if my employer verified with them, but overall, my mood improved a lot when I started my vacation. Trust med saved me.

**** Complete Update 2/27/26*****To be honest I don’t know what to really say? The only good experience out of this was the final email sent by their Customer Operations Manager, James. To whom I’m deeply grateful for. It was a blessing to wake up the next day to his email and I wish him well.For the rest of this post, take it for what it is, my first hand experience. If you wish to look at it, you’re welcome to do so. It was a lot of work and an experience I’ll never forget.I think it’s fair to address this issue as it stands. They did eventually do right by the customer by giving me a refund, but it took quite some effort that I don’t think most people would be willing to go through. I believe James when he told me they would make changes to how they address refunds and that’s a really good thing! Again I’m thankful to James and that’s where I’ll leave it.The rest of the post is there for simple lived experience testimony that was later resolved.Also changed the score from 1 star to 3 star if I’m going to leave all this up. James did make that much of a difference. Thanks again.****End of Update *******First off I wouldn’t be here if they just simply gave me a refund. I explained I decided to go elsewhere and didn’t need two doctor’s notes but they had to give push back. So here’s my side of the story and my frustration with it all.I have used their service a few times and was satisfied until this last time. I simply needed correction with the illness absent dates and didn’t think it would be an issue. Well that little mistake costed me an entire morning and too many emails. After feeling like all this was a waste of time and 9+ emails back and forth I decided to go somewhere else. Well that was the wise choice because I was able to get my note with no hassle and it was quick. Their customer support guy Justin was polite and nice but after 9+ emails and already reaching the afternoon I was done. When I first emailed atoms 6ish in the morning and got a reply around 7am that was fine; for it to go all the way to the afternoon and not have any idea what to do is wrong. They finally replied one last time when I had already told them I went somewhere else and would like a refund, claiming they had sent the doctors note 2 hours ago. But that was not true from my side, all I got was just another automated email giving advice on how to use a doctors note, another duplicate. So I still have nothing and they won’t give my money back. So I’ll have to take this issue up with my credit card company now. Just give the customer back their money off they don’t want to do business with you anymore. So simple.***correction*** I will admit after looking over everything I managed to find what they sent but by then I already got another note and it was already afternoon. So yeah now what, do I get my money back from the other guys after all this mess? How is that any better? Should I just accept the loss? Why? Also the note didn’t have the correction!!!*********Things go smoothly if you don’t make a mistake with these guys, but heaven forbid if you do. It could cost you your whole morning, leaving you frustrated. That’s what happened to me, don’t let it happen to you!!! Don’t make any mistakes.All this could have been avoided with less emails and a response time that doesn’t take an hour. Felt like every email I got, I answered right back in minutes but would need to wait an hour for a response back?I’ll post an update should I get the refund.****update ***After sending me an email asking for the last four numbers on my credit card to issue a refund. I then get another email later going back on their word defaulting to their policy once again…*******They definitely don’t care about making things right with the customer. I don’t even care about the money anymore. People just need to know what a horrible experience this was. Maybe they will care more of enough people take their business else where. I will contest this purchase and show the credit card company all these emails and maybe I’ll get the money back. Whatever…Damage is done, my trust is broken and I’m not going back. Total email count as of 6:01pm is 13. I had made the purchases at 6 in the morning… let that sink in.Updated email count 16 at 9:49 same day lol.

I was skeptical at first. I have been sick all week,couldn't afford to go to the doctor but my employer who doesn't provide health insurance needed a doctors for my absence. I have been using Trust Medical since Fall 2025 and it's been great! The response time in receiving letter is always fast and if a correction is needed, someone responds quickly to make the correction. We've had no issues at all. The cost is similar to a telemed or onsite co-pay, but knowing you'll receive a certified and verifiable note quickly makes this my #1 choice.
