Misleading easy loan process
I dislike the promise of a loan with no real intentions to make one really available or easy to get, because the real goal is to direct you to the debt payoff process through a law firm.

It was a good experience
It was a good experience, but I think you should be more upfront about what happens after cards have been paid and interest is charged to monthly payment. There is no amount given, and I have read that this is one of the downsides to borrowing from Symple Loan...now I'm nervous...otherwise Derek was very helpful.
