Avoid at all costs
Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with mzsleephome. I ordered a home for our Italian Greyhound, and was excited about the prospect of 'expedited shipping' that was advertised. A month later, we still had no sign of our product - and the 'tracking' website indicated the order was still being processed. Upon reaching out to mysleephome, I received very sporadic and barely English responses, and was lied to several times that 'it's on the way with USPS' or 'it's caught up in customs'. I asked for my money back repeated times and was continually told no. Eventually, the company stopped responding to any of my emails, so I reached out on instagram - whereby they promptly banned me as I made a comment on one of their posts warning others of my bad experience. After finally reaching out to them with a different email address, it was eventually shipped - and we received the home about 7 weeks after we ordered it. The product itself is okay. It's not amazing - it's flimsy and comes vacuum sealed so it takes a few days to fully puff up. Even then, the fur on the inside is of low quality and our dog just chews it and pulls it apart. It definitely was not worth the wait.Personally - I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs. I totally understand that things happen and delays can occur, but the company was rude and dismissive and very unhelpful. Customer service in this day and age should be a company's number one priority.
