I have placed an order for a Christmas gift on 6th of December and I still haven’t received it ,when I put in tracking no says it’s in transit,I thought it was coming from the uk and I do think they should make it clear before you place an order that it’s coming from china,I’m very disappointed

I bought 2 of the stars for my best friend who lost her father this year and her mother in the 90's. The design is immaculate. The photos in the centre are really clear for being so small. To say my friend loves them is an understatement. Amazing product amazing quality. Will defo recommend, thank you

Ordered the country couple personalised hanging ornament.On the website it clearly looks like a 3D ornament but what I received was a transfer on a piece of clear perspex. Complete rip off.Cost just over £20 with shipping, probably cost 20 pence to make.
What an absolutely lovely item this is, lovely Christmas gift for a loved one or a partner. Birthday gift or valentines gift absolutely stunning. Great value for money absolutely love love love it.
I was very disappointed with the product. It DID NOT live up to expectations however, on contacting My Moonlamp the customer service I received on asking for a refund was exceptional. Sienna, Ruby, Amy and Hayley were polite, caring and very quick at responding to my messages. They did everything in their power to ensure I received a refund which I did. The 5 stars I’ve given is for the level of customer care I received and NOT for the product.

Item was reproduced from the photos provided to a high quality. Shipping was quick and packaged securely. Good communication regarding the progress of my order right up to delivery. Would use again.
I am very happy with my lampshade, it arrived safe and sound and was easy to put together, the picture quality is good. My only suggestion to potential buyers is think about your photos and the order you load them. I sent six different ones of my dogs so it is a bit fussy. Whereas if I had only sent 2 and had them repeat it may have been more aesthetically pleasing
This company provides the best customer service. And the product I ordered for a gift was perfect, very different and personal and great value. They even sent photos and a video of the finished product for approval before shipping it Although there was issues with delivery from Evri, Moon Lamp went above and beyond to ensure it was resolved and communication was excellent throughout. Would definitely recommend them for that bespoke gift and professional service and support. Thank you

Advertise Australian, comes from China, paid nearly 4 times what it's sold for elsewhere as I thought was Australian. Misleading advertising. Looks cheap and nasty because it's made of cheap poor material. Very disappointing, do not recommend at all.
