I guess I will shoot 4-stars here…
I guess I will shoot 4-stars here because I was expecting to be connected to my tutor shortly after making order but it took 6hr+. As my deadline was in 48h I wanted to speak with my tutor so to make sure all details were with him. The work at final step was of high detail and precision, and code had no errors. No issues on it. I even asked 2 css revisions and they got done under 12h. So, overall, a 4 rating for now.

My experience continues to be great and positive, with satisfying results. They have highly experienced experts assigned to process assignments and complete the papers before deadlines. They offer good services and always assign and still continue to assign the right experts with knowledge and skills in my topics/subjects. I have had great grades so far in my assignments. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the work done. Despite providing a clear template of what I needed, the delivered result was just a revised version of my resume, completely disregarding the template. Due to time constraints, I opted for a refund to handle the task myself, but the person I was dealing with refused, claiming it was too late for a refund.she offered to give another expert.It seems the expert didn't adhere to the template, leaving me out $60 and having to do the work myself. I won't be trying their service again and wouldn't recommend it to others.

One of the file of the assignment was sent to me 3 hours after the deadline, and the file didn’t even open due to which I had to do the file myself. The report that was given to me got me only 50/100. I thought after paying so much, it would be a little better. They told me if I wanted to get the refund or use the credit, I’ll have to remove the review. They kept telling me I was refunded but I never received anything back into my account

Literature Review
I submitted a request for a 7-12 page literature review assignment. I submitted the detailed 4 page requirement for the assignment, and 2 more guided instructions. I received plagiarized material. The tutor assigned to my project, copied and pasted from the example submitted I provided as feedback and guidance for execution of the assignment, into the outline I also provided. I received about half a page of new content combined.After they read this review, they offered a revision but it was past the deadline. They gave me a free assignment for them to complete and told me they would refund me partial payment. I'm still waiting for the refund. The free assignment they completed was 75% accurate with a few grammar errors but otherwise it was useful. I'm giving then 3 stars because of their customer service and overall, it was a good job. I still spent a out 2 hours fixing the assignment they completed but otherwise it was good material.

Unresponsive chat and missed deadline
Paid $84 for assignment to be done before deadline. As deadline approached all of a sudden chat became unresponsive. When asked about progress there was no response. Sent me homework after deadline so was not able to turn it in. Waste of time and money.
