I ordered Di-Ribose powder on August 28th, on the recommendation of my naturopathic doctor. It was challenging to find and I was eagerly waiting to start it. After two weeks went by with no delivery, I first used their online contact form. No answer. About 4-5 days later, I tried calling their 800 number. No answer and it went to voicemail. I left a message. Still nothing to this day. Luckily, the product wasn't expensive, as I'm now out about $30 and had to go somewhere else to buy my product after waiting a long time.

My Transaction Was Cancelled by my Credit Union
I ordered a long sleeve T-shirt and sent the payment. Thank goodness my Credit Union identified it as a fraudulent website and cancelled the transaction. I should have looked at the reviews first but thankful they didn’t get my money.

Inaccurate Receipts - no recourse
I'm a longstanding customer. While the prices are great, the customer service is lacking. When I order and some products on my list are out of stock, I am usually provided with an invoice that states when the product will be available. Sometimes I am willing to be charged and wait for the product to come in, and other times, I cannot wait and would like my receipt to show the elimination of this product. This is basic customer service - providing an accurate receipt, particularly when some of the products ordered are dr. prescribed and will be submitted to a flex account for reimbursement. For whatever reason, customer service has determined that I have one whack at an accurate receipt. Adjustments or revisions are not permitted. This leaves me guessing as to whether my order was accurately carried out. I will only know when my supplements arrive (without an updated receipt). This is poor business. The company should make every effort to satisfy their customers.

This store is a scam. First, they sent me an eye cream with a broken pump, then they sent another one that was "tested", and opened. The pump worked for a week but I was able to get the cream from the package and use it, only to find out that it was either a fake or heavily used. The description said it was a 1 month supply and it lasted for a month. I believe most of their reviews are a scam too. They also have a very sketchy customer service.

Tried to order, they didnt send me the 10% off code, no email at all to respond to me giving my info. I believe this company is a scam. I called their number and it didnt ring. I tried again, no ring, held on for a bit and a fast busy signal. Also, reading the reviews, the positive ones are obvious fakes. Don't buy or even put your info in for these people.

Scamed, kept money sent empty and defective bottles.
I ordered 3 bottles of their product. 1 was empty, one the pump didn't work and one had a yellow tint to it. They told me to send pictures of the damaged items and I did. They said it was escalated and I never heard anything back. I tried calling and the number has been disconnected. So they kept my 80.00 and now I have some health issues going on because of their defective product. It's been 2 months and I haven't heard anything back. Scam Alert!

Their motto is “Fresh, Fast and Friendly” but in actuality it’s “Not in stock, delayed and rude”! This is second time I’ve ordered from this company. Both times shows items in stock. Then when I didn’t see a shipment within week I contacted them. They said “Covid” excuses.. BS! Shipping delays for holiday! BS they never shipped it. Then they wrote a rude email to me and ended it with “Cool”! This place takes your order and sits on it. Pass!!!

I ordered 4 bottles of Co-Q-10. Quite expensive. Two bottles arrived smashed with pills all over the box. I called MyHealth-Store, left a message two days ago. I took pictures of the smashed bottles in the box. Thus far, no call back. I would not recommend this company at all.Luckily, I paid via American Express and will protest with them and have the amount credited.

I placed an order on Saturday evening and after thinking about it for a while a decided to cancel the order. You can't modify or cancel an order once you place an order. Emailed requesting for order to be canceled and was told they can cancel an order & I have to wait for my order to come in and then request return authorization. I didn't get any notification that the order has shipped so why can't it be canceled. I called customer service and after holding for 10 minutes they hung up on me. How am I supposed to get authorization to return when you're not able to reach anyone. Don't by from this company, they don't care about their customers needs they just care about getting money.

I ordered Curcumin Advance Formula for the first time, I was really looking forward to using it. But when I asked my doctor, could I take this supplement with one of my prescription, she said no, because it would make my prescription inactive. I followed the instructions and called customer service to ask for a RMA# and explained the issue. The customer service rep gave me the run around and told me I was calling the wrong number. I looked up the company online and called a different number and talked to the same customer service rep. After I started asking him if this was a fraudlent company he hung-up. I would advised anyone that has not used this company, DON"T USE THIS COMPANY!! I know some people say they had good experiences, but after what I just experienced, I am very doubtful of that.

They charge you before they have the products available. When I ordered it said my products were in stock. They charged me and but a couple days later said both of my products were out of stock and I would get the products within 30 days. That hasn’t happened. Haven’t responded to my inquiry phone or email. May have to get my credit card company involved.Very disappointed

The website added two of the same product on to my bill. Which is really hurting my wallet during these tough times of covid-19. Customer service has not responded to my email and it does not seem easy to reach this company. I am not even sure if it is legit.
