Surprise Bill - Scheduled In Network, Got Out of Network
They scheduled my wife for an appointment (In network doctor, in network facility) and switched her to an out of network Physicians Assistant without telling her. So we were charged and out of network cost for a 30 second test result reading. Never answered our calls.
