They reached out to me quickly and kept me updated through every single step of the process. Extremely happy with mygemma. Bought randomly on a whim without too much research, but I bought a LV Neverfull that was just in “good” condition with ONE photo and it’s in like perfect shape, and came in THREE days (including the day I ordered). Would 1000% buy from them again. Also the paperwork/ authentication card says they back their authentication and you will get a refund if it’s ever challenged.
