Not the greatest customer service
I mistakenly purchased software from this company that I later found out I could not use and no longer wanted or needed. I contacted them to ask for a refund and was advised by a very adversarial representative that they would not give me a refund.After several days and seeing why not so favorable review, they called to tell me that they would be discussing the situation and getting back to me. To date I have not heard back from them and the charge is still on my card.

Jake solved my problem.
I was very frustrated when I couldn't get my software download and activation to work. I tried getting help from Microsoft but was given the wrong information. I went back to My Software support, and Jake helped me resolve the problem.

The phone support was great
The phone support was great. I initially tried to buy from Microsoft website but they have so many roadblocks with signing in here and there (I am unable to sign in, it was never resolved) so I wrote them an email to take a hike and shut up.

You have a terrible Customer Service. I called today, requesting help to install Windows 11 that I bought from you, but the person that answered wasn't willing to help . I don't understand that if you are selling a product, do not have directions step by step to have the installation done.
