I had a very negative experience!
I had a very negative experience with this company.From the beginning, I was provided with misleading information regarding pricing and services. The actual prices on the platform were very different from what was promised during the registration process.Additionally, a payment was presented as a monthly subscription, but later it was classified as a non-refundable “token purchase” without proper explanation.I cancelled within 14 days and did not use any services, yet I only received a partial refund and had to repeatedly follow up. Some of my questions were ignored entirely.Overall, this experience shows a lack of transparency and poor customer support. I would advise others to be very careful.

Elite Turbo - Excited but I would rather go back to Hilton.com or another site
I signed up with Elite Turbo and was excited about the concept of this platform. I have been in IT and have also managed travel sites like this before. I am not able to get anyone on the phone to talk to, emails take weeks to get answered and when I talk to customer service, I know what's wrong and I have to guide them. All of the hotels that I have wanted to stay at are not listed on the site when I search for them, however, they are able to find them. I have to ask for the link and they provide it to me but that's after them telling me steps that are not going to help me like logging out of my account when nothing was done. Then after asking more questions, I was told that they reached the limit time on the chat and ended the conversation.

Wanted an excuse to road test the TA…
Wanted an excuse to road test the TA app before even leaving the country. Booked a wax museum experience for myself and my daughter. Saved a few euros and generated travel credits. More importantly the 4 walls if the wax museum were there and we created some amazing memories without even leaving the country. Great first experience!
