I was able to get great discount and…
I was able to get a great discount and was able to recieve no interest payments for the bass...the box holding guitar was slightly damaged and very wet! It looks like fedex problem, but case/guitar showed no issue..

I bought a guitar from MusicStoreLive once, their selection was great, the ordering and shipping were smooth, and the instrument arrived fast and ready to play. On the downside, a few people said that for some high-value or international orders the shipping costs and duties got surprisingly high, and in one case the instrument needed extra setup after delivery.

In-hand Examination + Additional Images = Quick Sale
My sales rep provided additional images upon request of my purchase. Within 2 hours, my sale went through flawlessly. The guitar's finish is greater than what was expected, and appears to almost be a one-piece maple top. The guitar is well-worth its expense, and although I've not quite understood the complexity of the mini-toggle coil-taps, the tone and value is on par with that of core model PRS Guitars.

Caleb Bishop, the sales rep did a good job! However, the guitar came to me severely out of adjustment causing me to have to pay a tech guru to put it into specs. A high-dollar Custom Shop guitar should be perfect before shipping it out! The case came in damaged (not from shipping) Caleb worked with me to compensate for the damage. All in all, thank you and I’m tickled with the guitar!

Couldn't Ask for Better Service!
The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They promptly researched the answers to specific questions I had regarding the bass guitar I wanted to purchase and explained things clearly. They set up the bass superbly, and kindly lowered the action as far as possible as per my request. Guitar Center had told me they only had this particular model of bass in two of their store locations in the entire US, so the fact that Music Store Live had it is a testament to their expansive inventory (and good taste, imho). The bass was set up and shipped in one day and arrived at my doorstep the next! Very quick! I could not have asked for better service!
