I've bought this pillow and traveled the world with it, so much better than any hotel pillow. The staff was great and did a personal delivery to my house.

I am a repeat customer
I am a repeat customer. I had ordered a bed some years ago, and I still love it. My kid is getting bigger so I wanted to order an adult sized bed and he asked "can I have a bed like yours?". We ordered from Moss Envy of course; they were so helpful with checking my order and fixing a size issue I had overlooked. The bed came fast and set up was easy. After his first night in his bed I asked my son how his new mattress/wool topper was..."heavenly". After a couple more nights I asked how it was settling for him..."perfect". Thankful for clean products that feel good to sleep on. No nasty chemical smells, the products last, and the customer service is 100%. Thank you, Moss Envy!

Best customer service
I placed an order, and then 2 days later they did a sale of the floor model I'd just bought. They let me cancel my order and get the floor model instead, which meant I could upgrade to a nicer mattress! The mattress ended up not fitting right on my frame, and Ryan has been so great trying to troubleshoot and help us come up with a solution.

Amazing customer service
The customer service was above and beyond expectations! Within 30 minutes of placing my order online I received a phone call from Ryan at Moss Envy letting me know my item was out of stock but would be in within a few days. He reassured me the order would ship immediately. I received my pillow (which I love) only 1-2 days later than originally estimated.

It's great to try out mattresses before buying
Ryan spent hours with my husband & me explaining the different mattress options & letting us lie on them. After almost 2 months, we are loving our Savvy Rest. My husband loves his firmest option & I love my next to the softest option. Based on our ages, this is likely our last mattress purchase. We're glad it will be easy to move AND isn't toxic to the environment. Ryan also helped us choose a luxurious wool mattress topper, a wool comforter, & a kapok body pillow. We’re enjoying all our purchases from Moss Envy! We highly recommend this store!

Helpful staff, high quality products
The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the brands and products they carry. They were happy to take their time to help us test and compare a variety of beds and toppers and they were respectful of (and didn’t try to push the boundaries of) the budget we came in with. The staff were thorough in educating us on the proper care for the wool mattress topper we purchased. Some of the products they carry are expensive when compared to the current non-sustainable products on the market, but the materials used and quality of craftsmanship means they will last longer than cheaper, mass-produced products. They also carry products from an amazing MN wool mill who you can send your wool bedding products to be cleaned/refurbished (for a fee, of course). I love that they are working with vendors who support this type of sustainability and who make products that can be used for a lifetime with proper care.

Excellent and efficient process, from ordering to a speedy delivery of a pillow that has transformed my sleep quality! I couldn't be more satisfied. The side sleeper pillow is so comfortable and even supports my shoulders. Quality is superb, and even extends to the pillow cases! Thank you so much!! It also arrived just a few days after I ordered!

I needed help with a tricky exchange, And I got it done fast and easy and with free home delivery. And I ended up making an additional 14.00 on my card. It was a coincident that I made a bit of change out of the return, but the fast and efficient service was great, and fast.

High quality products, phenomenal customer service
The pillows I purchased are hands down the most comfortable ones I have ever owned. They had zero chemical smell and I used them right out of the packaging with no issue. But what puts it really over the top is the level of customer service provided. They let me try basically every pillow and mattress in the place, talked me through the differences, made helpful suggestions, and even told me to hold off a couple days in ordering because the pillows I wanted would be going on sale soon. Great communication throughout the ordering and shipping process as well. Super pleased!

Fabulous store
I found Moss Envy on an online search looking for organic wool pillows. I called and spoke with Laura with a lot of questions. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of my questions and make very helpful suggestions. I placed my order online. The next day I needed to change my order from pickup to shipping. I called again, spoke with Laura and within less than an hour, she had my order boxed and shipped. I ended up ordering the natural wool pillows, the PLA pillow and the organic cotton pillow protectors. Everything is high quality, no odor, non-toxic and very comfortable. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and the customer service I received. Definitely recommend!
