I’ve been ordering from Mosaic Foods every few weeks and I really enjoy their meals. The quality is consistently high, and it makes plant-based healthy eating so much easier. Also, their customer support team is fantastic—they are very responsive and truly value their loyal customers. Definitely a 5-star experience!
Delicious food and prompt delivery
The boxes were pretty, customer service was decent, shipping went well, and you can order only a few as opposed to 12 each week or whatever...but the flavor....I was sad that to me, they didn't taste very good. And I am not a picky eater by any means. :(
It was really hard to find vegetarian/vegan microwave meals that had enough protein and fiber for my partner and I. We've been consistently impressed with Mosaic and have been getting them delivered for a few months now, mostly to take to work for lunch. My favorite is the jerked lentils and plantain bowl, which one of my coworkers calls my "gourmet lunch!" As of our last physical we've both lost some weight and our cholesterol is also down. Thanks Mosaic!
The meals are delicious and filling and always delivered in great condition without any problems. I highly recommend trying Mosaic, it’s definitely worth it!

My very first order never arrived. But Customer Service was proactive and addressed the issue immediately and gave me compensation towards my next order. Great Service!I started using Mosaic because I have cancer and I need to eat a more plant based meals. They have an excellent selection of meal offerings plus healthy soup choices. I am not vegan but I have enjoyed all of my meals. I can change them up with each order if I want to. They always notify me when they have started working on my next order and give me plenty of time to make changes, including skipping a week if I need to.I am a very happy customer of Mosaic Foods.
Great vegan options coupled with no preservatives and the ability to freeze for multiple months.
I am all about storage and freezing yet I was never able to get the same textures and aromas from my stored cooking. I assume the pro freezers are doing the job coz I keeping the separate ingredients is still OK yet freezing the whole meal never worked for me.I think Mosaic Foods is the best frozen meals you can get and they worth their price.

I recently discovered that my checking account was charged for a second meal delivery even though I have only eaten one meal from the first shipment. I did not request another delivery, and I do not have room in my freezer to store additional meals. I had planned to order future deliveries only when I needed them, but the website offered no option to set a flexible delivery schedule or request meals on demand.There was also no way to place an order or manage my account by phone. When I searched for help, the company’s phone number was difficult to find, and even after locating it, I could only leave a voicemail—there was no way to speak with a live customer service representative. Because I was out of the country for a week, I did not see any email notifications about an upcoming delivery. As soon as I noticed the unexpected charge, I contacted the company. Unfortunately, they were unwilling to stop this delivery or refund my account for the shipment I neither requested nor wanted.During my conversation with the company, they acknowledged that their webpages need redesigning to allow customers greater control over delivery frequency—especially for individuals who have limited freezer space or who prefer to order meals at their own pace. Their suggested “solution” was that I give the unwanted meals to a homeless shelter or to neighbors. While I appreciate helping others, I prefer to donate intentionally and in ways that make the best use of my resources—not because of a flawed ordering system.My experience highlights two important changes the company urgently needs to make:Provide a valid customer service experience.1.) Customers should be able to speak with a representative—especially when unexpected charges appear or when immediate assistance is needed.2.) Redesign the website to allow flexible, customer‑controlled delivery schedules.Customers should be able to opt into deliveries only when they are ready, with clear options to pause, delay, or customize frequency.Until these changes are implemented, I strongly recommend speaking directly with customer service at 317‑597‑6409 before placing an order.
We love Mosaic Foods! We're a vegan family, and they always have plenty of options to choose from. We use it for a few lunches and one dinner a week, and I always look forward to the meals and the ease of preparing them. It's definitely more pricey than cooking from scratch but also way less than delivery (our go-to when we didn't feel like cooking) so it ends up savings us money. The delivery is always on time, and we've never had an issue with the quality of the food.I also love that the ingredients are generally kitchen-grade - no weird additives here!
I had several orders now - the meals are not as pictured - they look fresh and natural, but other than the noodles, the ones with veggies come out more like a stew-like consistency. So texture-wise basically the same goopy stew-like mix once heated, regardless of using the microwave or stovetop method. Flavor is ok, but not that special. My disapointment come from the texture - I was hoping for real flash-frozed ingredients but this is not at all like fresh ingredients pictured. So that feels misleading. Best thing I could say is it is a healthier TV dinner than what you would get from your frozen food section which is a good thing at least, they seem to deliver on that.
Boiught 5 meals for $100. Each so hot spicy I could not eat and fed to wildlife. I have health issues preventing me from overspicing and this is the WORST. No way to tone it down. They ought to warn or offer a refund. AWFUL!

I’m currently on my 5th Mosaic box, and loving it! The variety of options is fantastic, and the meals are delicious. I went primarily whole-food plant-based a year ago, and have since lost 40 pounds. To be fair, I was eating pretty terrible before making the switch. I never imagined I would go vegan… my family and coworkers all said I wouldn’t last a week!In a perfect world, I’d meal prep and cook everything from scratch. I soon realized with work, kids, and the general hecticness of life, that wasn’t going to be sustainable. Finding tasty, healthy, ready-made meals that are both vegan and gluten free was a real challenge before discovering Mosaic. I love that I can just pop them in the microwave, and they’re done in 5 minutes!I had one bad experience with FedEx delaying my shipment (which resulted in spoiled food) but that’s not Mosaic’s fault, and they were quick to make it right. Their support is top-notch!Mosaic can get pricey, but it’s really no more than takeout, or even fast food. Plus, the way I see it, health is wealth!!
the order was supposed to be delivered on the 6th. this was important b/c i left for a trip on the 7th. the box was apparently delivered on the 7th and melted and was destroyed.
We love Mosaic! The food is tasty and easy to prepare, and we love that it’s all vegetarian. The options are numerous and delivery is super convenient. We find the prices reasonable, and customer service is responsive and helpful. We couldn’t be more pleased!
i love the food. the flavors are amazing and blend well. i love that it's a quick five minutes till done. gives me time to put a small salad together.
Recommend Mosaic for any vegan / vegetarians out there! So many options to choose from, so always a chance to get your favorites while also trying something new. Was glad to find this service when having a new baby, as that requires healthy and practical meals. Love that every meal is properly labelled (manu gluten free options), with nutritional info. Pricing is also very fair, with boxes arriving every two weeks, and allowing flexibility to change meal choices each time. Thanks Mosaic team for great product and service!
