The order was easy and the delivery was quick. I purchased the eating set as a gift for my granddaughter and I loved the personalization feature. I wasn’t able to personalize the case but I wish that feature was available as it adds a lovely touch.
Everything arrived labeled with my daughter's name, except for the packaging box, where the name was misspelled. One letter was missing.
Although all the products were beautiful, the silicone spoons quickly became stained with soup after the first use.

I accidentally had the shipping anddress entered incorrectly. When I reached out to Moonkie, they made the correction and the gift (backpack) was delivered to the correct address and faster than I thought it would be. It’s adorable!
