I wouldn’t order from this company

I wouldn’t order from this company. They treat their customers like trash. After spending over $500 in parts for my business I was met with an “unauthorized user” email, even though all of my business documentation was provided. The issue was that the parts were being shipped my new location. So just beware if you run any small business with multiple employees or locations. Only the CEO can order and receive packages in their name. Thankfully there are other pleasant suppliers to deal with

Great Customer Support

Received the wrong part in the mail initially, reached out to Heneel in customer support and they sent a replacement within a day or two. They handled the situation perfectly, although at first I was disappointed. The level of customer support I received quickly put my at ease, Thanks Heneel.

Bought a cell phone battery

Bought a cell phone battery. It didn't charge. Was told to sed it back for refund. Sent it back received no refund. Got the runaround said I had store credit instead justfor the part I am out both shipping amounts. Went onto account there is no store credit listed. This place is untrustworthy.

80% faulty rate

Out of our last 5 orders, we were sent faulty or incorrect parts 4 times. They will not provide a return label unless you spend $1000. After a year of these kind of issues, we are done with mobile sentrix.

Five-Star Service, Zero Stress – Ask for Mohamed!

Mohamed was hands-down one of the best customer service reps I’ve ever spoken with. I called right up against the daily shipping cutoff with a couple of account issues. Old addresses and outdated credentials... but he calmly assured me everything was going to be fine. He worked fast, got my account straightened out, and placed the order right on time! Bingo, bango, nailed it!What really stood out, though, was his personality. We shared some genuine laughs, and the conversation felt like talking to an old friend rather than just ‘another call.’ It was easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Five stars all the way! Mohamed is the guy you want answering your call. Point blank, period!

best iphone screen store for retailers and DIYs

As a retailer, I must say MobileSentrix is the largest source of iPhone screens. They have the widest collection at wholesale prices. My priority is to purchase quality products at wholesale prices. Also MobileSentrix team is always supportive. I must say, product collection and price no one can beat them. The most trusted store for business owners worldwide.

Terrible service. They sent me two defective screens, and I have to pay shipping to return them and another $10 to get another one. In addition, the time to get a working screen...

website is laggy and always logging…

website is laggy and always logging out would be nice if their was a app for windows or mac that could just stay logged in store account and anyone in my repair shop staff could order when neededbut over all they always get are order right and on time and customer care people very helpful and they parts i had very little issues over past 15 year they been improving but will still say fix the website some days it bad cant make order

I had a problem with a previous order…Dominic is the best

I had a problem with a previous order and dominic from customer service was able to not only remedy the issue with my previous order, but help me place a new order. When we ran into shipping problems, he navigated me accordingly to apply my credit so that my new order was placed correctly. I thank him for his patience in this issue and providing exceptionally customer service in this matter.

Love the company, hate the website

To be fair, the website is getting better. But the main issue is how it always logs us out.Our company has over 15 terminals, and it would be nice if our employees could just hop on and add something to the shopping cart without having to login every couple days. There are other smaller issues, such as how I can’t open certain things in tabs, But instead I get a pop up.Just make an app, already and get it over with

They sent me a bad part and then forced…

They sent me a bad part and then forced me to pay for shipping again when I had to reorder the damaged part. I do over 10k in business with this company a month and they would rather force me to pay $8.50 to ship a replacement part than retain my business. Great business practices.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. If I could give them a zero-start, I would do it. One, they canceled my order, and they didn't even send me an email. I noticed that they canceled my order because I wanted to check on my tracking number; it is super unprofessional for this "business" not to send a customer an email that they canceled your order, and I imagine that that's illegal to cancel an order and not informing your client. My order doesn't even show on my orders. I asked them if they were going to refund me immediately. I'm still waiting for them to respond about refunding me my money.

No accountability

Very skeptical business practices. Will usually screw you over with lcd buybacks, and even when they send the wrong part to you, they still expect you to buy the correct one and still pay for the overnight shipping again. Said they would credit me but never did. They will tell you its 'Policy" that prevents them from helping more. They were my number 1 vendor, Im now closing my acct with them and paying a little more with a competitor. They treat their customers really bad and forced me to find a new vendor. Lots of their aftermarket parts arrive doa. Buyer be careful is all I can pass on to you. Read what their own employees are posting. Just verifies the issues.

Worst Parts supplier around

I run a repair shop. It is not uncommon for us to do 4-5 phone/iPad repairs a day. I will warn you now, never buy from these people. This is the only vendor I have worked with that denies 99% of their claims. Their "lifetime warranty" is a joke. Buy at your own risk.

When it comes to customer service, this company is a total failure.

We are an iPad refurbishment organization that has worked on and sold over 1000 iPad’s during the past 6 years, 90% or more of the parts (mainly digitizers, LCDs and batteries)) have been purchased from this company. We have literally contributed thousands of dollars of revenue to this company. At first there were not many issues: there were a few quality issues which were handled relatively quickly and fairly…until recently. We started to receive digitizers that were obviously different than the ones previously received and since the change we have experienced a multitude of defective digitizers and LCDs. The rejection rate soared to over 50% for each, For a small organization relying on a consistent and balanced cash flow and a reliance on having a stead supply of parts this has been devastating. When brought to the attention of Customer Service we were either ignored or were given instructions that were contrary to the Company’s written policies. It became obvious that our value as a customer no longer mattered to them. Accordingly, we have moved our part purchases to an alternative supplier and are unable to support MobileSentrix financially any longer. If customer service and your value as a customer are important to anyone reading this, stay away from this company.

The most despicable company ever dealt…

The most despicable company ever dealt with. Their "Lifetime Warranty" that's plastered all over their pathetic website is a total SCAM! If you try to have them honor it — they'll blame their junk product failing on you due to you being at fault of "physical damage" while keep assuring you how they "strive to provide the best service possible". If you were unfortunate enough to fall for their BS Warranty, get your merchant involved and get a chargeback. The only way to teach these slimebags a lesson is to hit them where it hurts most... their wallet. Quick tip: If they get enough chargebacks merchant services will not only raise their interest rates and fees but will eventually disable their merchant service.

PLEASE BEWARE

PLEASE BEWARE. They are scam please be careful. I've been in the repair business for over a decade and have never seen anything like this. I purchased two Mac screens. They said I have 1 year warranty. I used one of them and never touched the other since I didn't need it. When I requested a refund, they asked me to send the items back, which I did. However, they only gave me a very low credit store instead. I thought they would rectify the situation if I called, but they initially refused. After a couple of calls, they finally admitted their mistake, but then they sent the screen that were not the original screen I gave them. They sent me damaged screen with scratches. They played games with the return policy. This is making me feel like I was being taken advantage of. It was clear that they were more interested in making a quick buck than providing fair pricing for their services
