I have been a loyal customer of this company for years. I sent a note with my last order ( in the notes field) asking them to hold off delivery until 12/23 because I was out of town and didn’t want the item to sit outside and possibly get snowed and rained on. Nobody read the note and sent it anyway . No apology offered. Very disappointed in this company.
I ordered 2 sets of bistro tables and chairs, specifically in green. I was sent a green table and a black table. The company would replace the black table if I returned it - at my expense. No offer to send or print a mailing label for the return. Their error and I had to pay to return the item. I won’t be shopping here in the future. There are plenty of miniature sites with actual customer service. I would NOT recommend this company.
