I placed an order back in January 7, 2025 it is now March 2025. I have not heard anything, called, emailed. This site is 100% SCAM, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

I pre ordered a PACV in Oct 2023
I pre ordered a PACV in Oct 2023, recieved confirmation e mail saying it would be sent as soon as released by seller. After a few months I touched base and Diane Bruner assured me it would be sent ASAP after release. Months later same assurance but then when kit was released by manufacturer all communications were cut off. I requested a refund after I bought one from a Chinese seller but no response. I checked online and saw they were in trouble with the Atty Gen of PA in 2021 for the same thing. Wish this information was easily available back then. They changed the site and blocked me from e mailing them. But the site is still going one of five that I've found run by the same team Dale and Diane Bruner. BBB has been watching them for a while.

I placed a paid order with Military…
I placed a paid order with Military Model Depot in February 2023. I received an email with my order confirmation. It is now December 2023 and I have received nothing nor any reply to my many emails and phone calls. Would like to see their website removed!

They are a scam
They are a scam, you never get a order confirmation or any other correspondence, I sent 1st email and they replied will look into it Monday. They never replied nor have they replied to my next 3 messages. File complaint with BBB, and am looking into criminal charges of fraud and violations of interstate Commerce laws.

Don't bother with them
Don't bother with them, they just want your money. No service at all. They don't even bother to answer you. I pre-ordered a model paid in full and 5 weeks later I canceled the order and asked for a refund. No news since that time.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE I placed an order of 4 model kits and a box set of paint with this website on July 2nd and finally on July 29th they sent me an email stating that only one of the kits were shipped I wrote the seller an email asking why only one kit was being shipped to me when I had already paid for the entire order and have gotten no response or no refund it stated on their site when I place the order that all items I had ordered were in stock and would ship in 3 to 5 days I emailed the contact email under their information section on the web page and I asked why only one of my models was being shipped and I had gotten a reply stating that the order would be split up into two shipments why two shipments? very suspicious on the 15th of July I contacted my bank and open up a dispute on the transaction so I'm guessing the only reason I'm getting replies after many emails was because my bank had contacted them about the dispute and gave them 30 days to reply to the dispute I researched this company and found on bbb.com the Better Business Bureau that this site is known for this type of behavior from what I'm seeing I'm lucky I'm getting one of the kits I've learned a very valuable lesson about researching the website you are making your purchase from if you want to avoid a headache and keep from getting scammed stay away from this site
