Great screens. Built and shipped fast. Ordered 10 of various sizes and 2 arrived damaged. Shannon S. from Metro Screenworks responded fast and 2 new screens sent out, no questions asked. Great and easy customer service. I've already told friends and family about Metro Screenworks.

Gaps exisit despite careful measuring upfront
I carefully measured the window before submitting the required screen dimensions, so I was disappointed to find that the screen does not fit snugly. While the top and bottom align properly, there are small gaps along the vertical sides, which allow cold air to come through. That’s understandably frustrating given the care taken with the measurements.
