Noah and the group at Merchwell are fantastic. We found MW through a google search and reached out. We heard back very quickly and set up a call to talk through our needs. At the time, we were not sure exactly what we wanted to do, how many units we needed, or when they would be needed - basically no info at all. Noah was so understanding and flexible with us the whole time. He gave us options for merch that were within our price range, matched our branding, etc. I never once felt that he was selling us on anything - he asked what we wanted and then delivered on that. In the end, we ordered 31 custom prize boxes with a few items to give out as prizes for an internal company competition. We used the claim link feature that MW offers, so once we had our winners, we simply gave them the link to provide their shipping addresses and shirt size. Not having to track down 31 addresses and sizes saved me a lot of time. The boxes were delivered quickly after the items were produced and we received tracking numbers for all boxes. I am so impressed with Noah and Merchwell. I highly recommend working with them, and I hope to continue using this company in the future.

Noah was super fast in replying to myself and my colleague and even connected the dots when he realized that we independently reached out. We were on a quick turnaround and reaching out on the weekend and he got back to us right away and put our minds at ease.
