I have been feeding my dog(s) Maev for several months now. They are sooooo excited for meal time! They always clean their bowl! Customer service has been exceptional. I needed to condense all orders into 1 shipment and it was all taken care of with 1 request! Thank you so much for everything!
There was a shipping delay due to weather. Maev team was so helpful and got me a new shipment immediately. Great product, great team!
Easy to use website. My dog LOVES the food. I am happy with the human-grade ingredients! And, food comes in nice packaging.
Their customer service is some of the best I have experienced and we have needed to change the subscription a few times and they have made it a breeze!

I just love this company! I was struggling doing things on the website as far as changing my subscription around and they gave me someone that has been emailing me specifically and helped me with literally everything. Even added treats to my order when I forgot!! Love th quality of food and so does my dog. She’s obsessed with the chicken formula and bone broth cubes
Five stars for Maev! I’ve been a customer for over four years now. Yes, it’s a bit of an investment, but the quality of the raw food is unmatched and my dog is thriving. Their customer service is also fantastic, they recently helped me resolve a tricky account issue with zero hassle. It’s rare to find a company that matches great products with great support. Highly recommend!
I recently purchased a bag of Maev for my dog. He's a picky eater, but Maev advertised a risk free purchase and boasted about winning over picky dogs. The smallest amount I could buy was over $100. I was super excited to receive it and followed all instructions to try and incorporate the food into my dog's diet. No matter what I tried, he would not come close to it. Anything it touched, he treated as contaminated. It happens, some dogs will just not like the food. That said, when I contacted Maev to ask for a refund (based on their risk free purchase advertisement), I was repeatedly denied. My dog didn't like the food. Whatever. I can't blame Maev for that, but the at the very least I expect them to respect their risk free purchase advertisement. I'm totally disappointed. If your dog is at all a picky eater, don't bother. It's just not worth the risk.
Great customer service dept. but the website needs a lot of work. It’s not intuitive or user friendly.

I gave a tiny amount - even under what was recommended for two of my three dogs and $1600 later, with wicked horrible bloody diarrhea for days, a VET ER visit, a trip to my vet on top of that, loads of meds, fluid injections, and two precious pups VERY sick, I threw the bag away. This was from two applications of food. I have still had no response from MAEV after two emails and read other consumers had dogs become sick like this - MAEV shows no response nor do they care. Apparently from what I am reading the quality of the MAEV food has gone down dramatically from their original method of prep. They don't respond to consumers so I assume they don't care ... BAD BAD BAD company to take a risk with your pets.

I don’t recommend this product to no one! Very poor quality, the coast is 5-10 times more expensive than coast of a product, it’s definitely a scam. So I have 4 dogs, 2 huskies, 1 Labrador and 1 German shaper , they are all with different appetite and preferences, so they are all refused even a smell of a food. All went to waist! 170$ of a waist!So customer service rudely refused any help, promised a follow up and completely ignored it. Well, it’s ok, I will take it. But it’s a very very bad business model.
Ordered this food and was very late on getting delivered. Once it was here it was in poor unusable shape. I even tried to feed it to my two pups and they weren’t having it. They picked around in it but after four days of trying, I had to put them back on their regular food. The constant back and forth for more than a month in email got me no where. I plan to work with my CC company simply because Maev requested so much from me. To try feeding my pups in different ways and requesting pics of the rotten food in hopes to settle our dispute but after complying to all THEIR requests, I’m out nearly $200 of food my pups won’t touch. Please do not order from this company. They are not supported locals in customer service. You’ll email and converse with people in other countries! That says enough. And no matter how much you complain, they will only ignore you after you’ve proved their product a big hot mess.
This company does not stand behind their service and could care less about your dog. Our food showed up late and thawed. We received 30lbs of foul smelling, blood-filled bags. We called for a refund because this happened twice. They said “we don’t give refunds” unless you happen to understand you have to pay EXTRA for insurance. My dog would have gone 8 days without food. “Feed him a bland diet …” they said. Seriously?? I already had to change his food so he can eat. If you want to play games with your pets food and digestive stability, by all means sign up for this. The service is horrible.

Customer service was amazing , prompt, same day response. Sadly I had to send my dog over the rainbow bridge , after my order had processed . Maev was more than accommodating to me. When a new member of the pack joins , I will 100% be back
I ordered a order from Maev and my two pups loved the food, perfect and they totally enjoyed. The food was bought for them as it is as best I could find, One dog 7 and the other 5. Best food.
Our 12 1/2 year old GSP loves this food and treats. When shipments arrive she is right there, practically opening the box with me. Food is expensive but well worth it. Customer Service is great and rewards are great! I kept forgetting to redeem them and finally did today, $55 off this next purchase! Win Win!
