I love this bank
I love this bank! Have been a member for years and have enjoyed every visit with a fantastic staff. The hours are amazing and it’s always quick and efficient

Estate Check
I had an estate check to deposit from my deceased father-in-law. Cheryl Monteiro took care of this transaction for me. She was extremely professional and explained everything in detail so I was able to understand it.

Bank that actually values customers and relationships.
Been a customer well over 20 years and they are a local customer service oriented bank that values relationships. Can’t thank all of the staff at Mechanics in Dighton, Ma and notably Brittany Whalon for the support in helping my elderly father who is a Vietnam Veteran with some bank issues.

Hacked attempt
I recently had an experience of fraud or attempted fraud in my account .Tayler the manager reported it with all the details I gave her and changed all my accounts to a new number .So grateful for them .They are always professional helpful and so kind

The Somerset Branch is Exceptional
The Somerset, MA Mechanics Bank branch has a top notch staff. They are professional in every way and extremely welcoming. In my review, I have to point out that Maria, at the Somerset Branch is exceptional. No matter what question I have ever asked her about my banking she has answered. She goes above and beyond. I truly hope you appreciate the valuable employees, you have, that staff the Somerset Branch.

The Kempton Street branch is tops.. five stars and then some. I’ve had several interactions with Chad and Nancy and always receive a warm reception and excellent customer service, which is refreshing these days. Very satisfied customer here.

I was working with Brittany Whalon, the Branch Manager @ 316 Broadway in Taunton. She went above and beyond with several meetings on numerous occasions to process and conclude my 401K Account to transition into an IRA with Mechanics Cooperative Bank. Brittany's professionalism and kindness made this process go smoothly. My family has been with Mechanics Bank for over 20 years and we have never been disappointed and will continue our business with Mechanics Cooperative Bank.

The staff is always welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. I’m treated by name at every visit which makes me feel as though I’m not just another account. I had to make what turned out to be a very complicated wire transfer recently and everyone involved (shout out to Chad, Sonia and Nancy) really worked diligently and patiently with me to accomplish it. New staffer, Aliyah, was great as well and will be a wonderful addition to your team,
