This is the first time I have used Maya. My flight was cancelled so had to contact Maya to ask about my options on activation of my Maya eSim. I was really impressed with Support Engineer - Dante who responded promptly with understanding. I was offered a number of options. The whole process was so efficient and truly exceeded my expectations.Well done Maya team. I would highly recommend using Maya. Thank you so much.

Had a registering issue (not Maya Mobile's fault) with an eSim I bought from them. As soon as I contacted their support team the customer service was excellent. Support Engineer Diana resolved the issue in a very short time.
Great service
I purchased the Caribbean 5GB plan for use in Aruba, but the eSIM never worked at any point during my trip. I experienced constant connection errors and had no data service at all.I followed all troubleshooting steps (APN configuration, manual network selection, deleting and reinstalling the eSIM, testing on two different phones, sending screenshots, etc.), but nothing resolved the issue. The process involved several days of back-and-forth emails while I was already traveling without internet access.Customer support was polite and responsive, and after I formally requested it, they issued a full refund. I appreciate that they honored the refund — that’s why this is 3 stars instead of 1.However, the service itself was never delivered during the valid period of the plan. When traveling, reliable connectivity is essential, and unfortunately that was not my experience.
I had a great experience with Maya Mobile customer support. I spoke with an agent named Jesslyn who was extremely kind, patient, and very helpful throughout the whole process. She answered all my questions clearly and made everything easy to understand. Quick and effective process with great coverage and quality internet connection. Price seems a little high but I have made multiple purchases and overall very happy with the service.
I have used various eSIMS from Maya (Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia). They all work great. Only once was there an issue with one of my eSIMS not picking up signal. However, it only took a few emails (with replies even quicker than you would expect to ask for!) and all issues were sorted. Fast, simple and effective.
I’ve used Maya in multiple countries and their service is always great. When I’ve had issues it has been resolved quickly and with easy to follow instructions.
Easy to install and no problems using on both a River Danube cruise and whilst travelling through Singapore and in New Zealand. Excellent customer service too.
I just landed in Jeddah airport and nowadays you need internet right away, I had some issues with my phone settings which was helped by Jesslyn within minutes. I am so happy and satisfied about that
