OMG the worst experience ever. I took the one pill (my first annd last time) and it made my skin crawl for 8 hours. I threw up. I had chills. I was trembling. I was unable to sleep. I do not suggest this pill form. I wish I had two more hands so I could give it 4 thumbs down. 👎👎👎👎
