Horrible service support. I filled out my request for a yearly subscription. Waited days before I gave up and opened a WhatsApp conversation myself. The conversation started okay, but after a 10 min they stopped responding and it’s now been 3 days of no further responses, although I am messaging them daily.
The customer service is great! The service itself is great! Very reliable communication through Whatsapp every time I have reached out! I definitely recommend this service.
The good thing about these guys is their after sales and support. You just WhatsApp them and in a few mins, a dedicated support staff is there to help you out. In my opinion probably the best IPTV service provider out there. Kudos !
