I have ordered product from a company…
I have ordered product from a company and I have never received it. I could not get tracking number, or any information to contact shipping company. I was more than polite, courteous and grateful though any conversation I had, only to be offered to pay additional 500.00 dollars shipping cost for product I paid $ 250.00(including shipping). However most hurtful thing is that they insult intelligence in email conversation. Any person that wants to buy from this company should contact me first and I will be happy to share all emails I had with them. My sincere advice is not to purchase from this people, it's a waste of money and time.

I bought my shearling jacket from them
I bought my shearling jacket from them. For me it was a such a nice experience, their customer rep was responsive and helpful throughout the process. The jacket that i received is 100% real shearling. I love how well it fits and how less i had to pay to get a original sheepskin bomber jacket. In my experience i will love to shop again and will recommend it to my friends and family for sure.

If I could rate them less I would! Buyer Beware! I wish I had looked up the reviews before buying from this company. They will send you a crappy product, charge you $200 and then will not allow for returns. DO NOT BUY from this company!

This company is a scam DO not trust them
DO NOT purchase from this company. they are a group of liars and scammers. They charged me and when I cancelled the 2 orders because they werent shipped after 2 weeks. They refused to refund me my money back, and they lied to the credit card company saying that they sent the item while it's all a lie. They sent a fake order # to inform the credit company that they shipped the item, while it's all a lie, and the other lie is they want me to cancel my dispute to refund me back, while they can just refund my money and close the case. They are liars, liars, liars.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. The jacket I got was a very different color from the one shown on the site and very poor quality. Mauvetree offered a $15 refund on a $200 jacket and refused to provide the return address.

Good chance you'll get ripped off.
I ordered three jackets from this company in April 2021. Received them not too long after, but they were shipped from Pakistan which was odd because they said the jackets were made in Canada. And they lied on the customs form and said the jackets cost way less then they did. One jacket was the wrong size entirely (they were all supposed to be the same size), but I wanted to exchange all three for a different size. Sent them back to a shipping address in the US and paid for tracked shipping. I saw they were delivered, so I contacted them and they asked for my banking info so they could do a refund, even though I paid through paypal. I told them I'd rather have the exchange. Went back and forth a few times and now they've stopped responding completely. I've put in a claim through paypal.

Be very careful before ordering
We had a very bad experience with this company. We ordered a jacket and provided my son's measurements. The jacket arrived from Pakistan with a customs note saying the value was 25$ - which seemed a bit dodgy considering we had paid more than 10 times as much. The coat was good quality leather but didn't fit, and the seams broke when trying it on. We then asked about how to return the product and were given a return address but had to pay for the postage (of which we had been warned beforehand - it was, however, quite a big additional expense). Correspondence with Mauve tree about a refund for the actual coat only got us the response that they hadn't received the returned product yet. Eventually we had a notification from the carriers' tracking service that the address provided was not correct any more. After many months, the parcel with the defective coat was returned to us. We cannot use it and did not get any of our money back.

AVOID! Poor quality product. I returned the jacket and I am still waiting for a refund, 2 months later.Every time I contact their support, I am told that "It is listed and it will be processed soon", in a very rude fashion, without any further explanation!Avoid at all costs!Update 11 June 2021: Still trying to get my refund. I have submitted a complaint to the Competition Bureau / Bureau de la concurrence. I cannot believe this website still operates

BUYER BEWARE!
BUYER BEWARE!This vendor should not be trusted... they are all smoke and mirrors. Nothing honest about them. The quality is horrible, sizes are way off and they do not refund anything. They are in New Jersey but say they make the jackets in canada, nope they are made poorly in Pakistan and take months to deliver. My jacket was delivered damaged and I've been waiting for months for a refund. Nothing!

Beware
Beware. My husband purchased me a very expensive Jacket that took over a month to receive and the fit was terrible. The "leather" appears to be fake or so thin and cheap it looks fake. The jacket came from Pakistan not Canada and the cost to return is so high its not worth it. We opted for a 20% refund and still have not received it. This company is a scam. Do not trust them.

Avoid - poor quality and terrible customer service
All things where fine when ordering a jacket for my wife. After she wore it for a week the arm blew out like it was never properly stitched. In calling they offer me $20 to go away or send back at my cost and get a full refund. I did what I was to do and now they are radio silent. Calling Chase today and reporting fraud.

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible ! Quality of the leather and shearling is awful. It took more than a month to receive. Size didn`t match the measurement. I received massive shapeless sack. Do not match the photo at all !!!! Never ever again !

Superb Styling and Quality Shearling Vest
I ordered the leather shearling vest and was delighted by the quality and styling - exceeded my expectations, considering the affordable price.Be patient, your order will arrive, albeit relatively slowly. This is not Amazon, so the supplier customizes each order. Tina in customer service responded quickly to my questions about fit and delivery and kept me informed throughout.On fit: I ordered the XL. I'm a 50 inch chest with 44 inch waist. The shoulders and chest fit perfectly, but the waist is a bit tight. I've decided to keep it, and if Tina's advice is correct, the leather and shearling will give a bit around the waist with continued use.I am providing this review in good faith and honesty, and will decline the $10.00 discount coupon that was offered me on next purchase.

Can't be trusted
Their ad on Google shopping said delivery by 12/15. On Christmas eve they told me it would be at least 2 more weeks. I cancelled and they said I would get the refund in a few days. It has been 14 days - no refund.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I ordered a bomber jacket for my son for Christmas. He loves it and the fit is perfect. They kept in touch with me through the entire process. There was a slight delay in shipping time but it was easier to endure with the constant communication. Would recommend and use them again.

My twin girls leather jackets. don't care what anyone have to say…
I don't care what anyone have to say about Mauve Tree because when i ordered 2 leather jackets for my twin girls i didn't think they would be here on time for their birthday which is New Year's day. I would like to say that the jackets were here before Christmas and they are so beautiful and soft. I love them and i know my twin girls are going to love them too. I think i'm going to order my husband and myself one. It didn't take even a month for me to get them. They also kept me aware of what was going on with my purchase from the very beginning every step of the way and i appreciate them for that. So Mauve tree gets a 10 from me. Great place to shop for quality, great prices and less time to wait.

Jacket looked completely different than…
Jacket looked completely different than it did on the website and was extremely stiff. Took the company almost a month to refund my money. I believe this company takes pictures from other websites and tries to recreate the jackets themselves with cheaper materials. Buyer beware

Definitely worth the dollars I spent
I recently bought the "Women Shearling Leather Jacket" from this website, I loved the easy ordering mechanism, the shearling is so soft and the jacket is so comfortable that I can wear it all the time. Will definitely order again.
