Horrendous Experience & They Delete Reviews!
My younger sister ordered several items for Black Friday from this store. Unfortunately, the palette arrived cracked and dry that it basically turned into crusty dust that fell all over the floor.After my sister made several attempts to arrange a refund/exchange, our requests were rejected by their support team.Overall, this was a very poor buying experience. Given the other negative reviews and comments I've been seeing across the webs, it's a surprise to me that this company is still in business.EDIT: I've been closely monitoring their TrustPilot listing and I'm starting to realize that every single negative review they receive magically disappear after a few days but all of the 4/5 star reviews are MAGICALLY still there! Extremely shady business practices.

Amazing liners
I got the UV pastel neon liners and I love them! Very opaque but sometimes takes two coats to get the full effect. Smells a little strange but not overwhelming. Brush is absolutely perfect for these liners.

Neon Liners
I order the neon liners from matte lashes. They’re a reasonable price and I was so excited to use them. They have great pigment and are smudge prod and the product came a lot faster than I was expecting!

You can see me from a mile away
These colors are so bright and beautiful. I do need a better eye primer to have the colors looking smoother. But I will buy from matte lashes again!!!!

YASS NEW FAV LINERS
The Neon UV liners are PERFECTION! The formula is so creamy and the colors are incredibly pigmented. I recommend buying one of their precision liner brushes to help apply the liners. I will be purchasing from Matte Lashes again!

THE BEST!!
I love their pastel liners they have such a good formula and can be mixed to create amazing colors!! Not to mention they are at such an affordable price point. High quality with a good price is the best that can happen. Also amazing customer support!!

Would recommend!
I was a bit skeptical about this brand given the negative reviews on here, but I went ahead and ordered their pastel eyeliners and I'm very happy with them! Their price was very reasonable, and they offer 7 colors in the set while most other companies only have 6. Had zero problems with purchasing/shipping. They are a great small business to supportp and I will be repurchasing once I run out.

highly recommend
i was a bit skeptical about ordering because i saw the negative reviews on this website but i still decided to give it a try. my package arrived pretty quickly considering the whole pandemic that’s going on i only waited a week for it. this store is not a scam at all lol the products were great and i plan on buying from them again soon :)!!
