Disappointed with service
I was told by your representatives that your company is family owned and will do everything possible to help customers have a great experience dealing with Marc’s. My experience with your team started out that way but lost its way shortly after the rep stated he would call me back shortly. Well the next day I waited until later in the afternoon and called back wanting to talk with that same rep so I would not have to go through the whole process of trying to explain what power wheel chair would work best for me. Well I guess he was busy with another customer so I had to go through the whole process again with a different rep. Well after going through the whole process again, that rep had an appointment he needed to attend to so as a paying customer I got shut down again. I guess I misunderstood! I thought I was a customer?. I expected one of these reps would get back to me by no later than tomorrow afternoon. Not! So I canceled an order for a smaller piece of equipment I ordered. The next day I purchased a new chair valued at $2,800.00 from a different vendor, having to go through the whole process again. Absolutely true story. Just thought you might want to know.

They made it so easy they call after the order was placed to make sure of what we are getting also made sore the seat height and with were good for my husband and how tall he was fore the footboards and to inform us how it was going to be shipped we will definitely do business with them again extremely satisfied

This is my second purchase from Marc's
This is my second purchase from Marc's. This time I picked up a second Jazzy Ultralight for a second home directly from Marc's. I was impressed the first time I dealt with them by phone, but a personal visit was even better. Every single person there was incredibly nice, and they all seem to care about their jobs. They are truly a treasure in today's world. Highly recommended.

We drove over an hour and it was worth it!
We drove over an hour and it was worth it! We were greeted by the owner who was super helpful and then the salesman I spoke to on the phone came to help as well. Everyone was answering every question, offering suggestions to ensure we were well informed to make a decision on a power wheelchair. We purchased one and it is wonderful. I called a few times after the purchase with questions and everyone was just as attentive and helpful. They truly care about the customer and they know their products well.
