I suffer from analysis paralysis
I suffer from analysis paralysis. The room visualizer tool was so helpful in my decision making. After several long months (yes, months), I made my choice. I waited til all snowstorms had moved out because I didn't want to have any delays. The rug arrived so promptly, I wasn't even ready for it! It was packaged very securely, despite being one of their larger rugs. The colors were very much in line with the colors I saw online. The quality is excellent. I am very, very pleased with my purchase.

The rug is great
The rug is great, everything I was expecting. The quality appears to be very high. My only complaint is the "custom" cut rug pad. By custom they must mean that someone generally measures the rug and cuts something that is at least smaller than the rug. It's not straight on any side, it honestly looks like it was scrap and it was smaller than the rug so they included it.

Excellent quality, beauty and fair value.
I called Manhattan Rugs prior to ordering the rug I wanted. The woman who answered was able to answer my questions right away and confirmed that the rug I ordered was indeed as beautiful as the photo. The rug came the day promised and is stunning and of excellent quality. This is the 2nd rug I've ordered from Manhattan Rugs and both are fairly priced, the colors in the photos true to life and quite beautiful. The rug mats are of fine quality as well. I highly recommend this company.
