Very Poor Service – No Communication or Support
I had a very bad experience with this student accommodation company. I listed my house for rent and even paid their fees, but I never got any tenants or proper help from them.They don’t answer your calls and don’t reply to your emails if you have any issue. I’ve tried contacting them several times with no response at all.It’s very unprofessional and frustrating to deal with a company that ignores landlords and offers no customer support. I strongly recommend being careful before paying them or trusting them with your property.
