Buyer Beware!
If I could rate this a negative star rating I would. I ordered an ornament on 12/3/25. According to their tracking it has been sitting 1.5 hours away from me since 12/15/25. At first they were good at getting back to me. Now they are ignoring me. I have asked for a refund multiple times and no one answers. The worst customer service ever! In no way is this order not lost. How can you justify a simple ornament sitting in a warehouse for 5 weeks?

I purchased an ornament from this…
I purchased an ornament from this company on 12/9. I have never receive the ornament and asked multiple times for a refund. Each time I am ignored and asked to verify questions I’ve already answered. I asked for the corporate address and again was asked another question I’ve I already answered. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this scam company. They refuse to work with you. They refuse to be honest. It’s really just theft at this point.

They do not send what you pay for
Don't order from them or you run the risk of not getting what you pay for. I ordered the following Oct 17, 2025 - Received the ornaments and not the mugs. I have been in constant contact asking for the missing half of my order since I got the ornaments. The company says, "We have proof it was delivered." That is wrong as I am still missing half of my order. What was delivered was half my order. Today is Nov 21, 2025 and they aren't doing anything to fix the situation. I loved these ornaments . It's a very personal gift to give. I am sure my grandchildren will love them. I'm sure they will be come a yearly tradition to hang these on the tree and bring back memories of Christmases past.
