The urn pedestals were just perfect—so beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for. The quality and thoughtfulness meant so much. When we first saw them, my husband and I both cried. We're so thankful we went with this company.
My Military nameplate came out just the way I wanted it. Spelling of my name, etc. was correct and all four lines just as I had requested.I am glad they gave me a sample to look over as I was not sure of the script style. I trust Mainely Urns to”do the job right”. I would order again from Mainely Urns.
I called directly to them. Asked several times if I would receive the vault before I had to leave and travel to take urn to another state for burial. I was ensured that I would. I had to call back because I never received the proof to approve before shipping. Again I was told it would arrive before my travel date. It did not come before we left. I asked for compensation because they dropped the ball from the beginning and did not take steps to ensure it would be received when promised. “ While the order was shipped using the free shipping method, we did communicate that it was expected to arrive by the 23rd.” It should have been sent 2 day or overnight. We couldn’t use it as it was 11.5 hrs away from where we had to travel! Yet they accused me of trying to extort them when I refused a 20% refund and finally a full refund if I returned it. I bought another at greater cost in Kansas and told them I’d bury an animal or donate to someone that can’t afford it. But we deserved compensation for the stress, anxiety and extra cost because they didn’t keep their word! Throughout our travel time and the day of services I continually received emails accusing me of using a vault that was 11.5 hrs away and they stated…” We’re not able to offer a 50% refund, as that falls outside of what we’re able to accommodate in this situation, and we will not be held hostage by threats of negative reviews …”This is how they treat their customers when they FAILED to follow through. 22 emails from them to me from 7-16 thru 8-8 basically calling me a liar and harassing me and insinuating I was the one in the wrong and used their vault! I did not! Just today, I donated it to a family who desperately needed it. They can keep their 20 -30%. The request for monetary satisfaction was because it’s the only show of compassion they could have shown for their failure. I don’t need their money! I expected them to keep their word and ensure by any steps available that I receive their product when promised!

This company is amazing. The process of finding the right urn and purchase was super easy. We got our urn super fast and was packaged with so much care. The urn itself was absolutely beautiful. UNBELIEVEABLE! My 10x16x4 sawn stone, created for my recently passed wife is simply incredible craftsmanship is completely professional, with solid and deep etching, colored well, and the photograph provided was reproduced perfectly!The total price is an absolute value!!I CANNOT recommend these folks more highly!!!
Mainely Urns was so easy to work with. I wanted a unique grave marker for a very special cat. I sent them photos of grave markers for 2 previous cats, made some suggestions, but asked their designers to create what they thought would be the best design. They sent me 3 options. They were all great, but one was exactly what I wanted! Their response time with my revision requests was excellent. The marker was wrapped so well that no delivery service could have broken it. Ordered a urn for my brother in law and process was so easy. Approval email was recieved and order processed immediately. Recieved the urn by UPS a few day later. Very well packaged and the urn is absolutely beautiful!
I ordered a sheet bronze overlap urn with engraved plate. I received a sheet bronze SNAP top urn with engraved plate.I was then sent a second urn. This urn had the correct top, but the engraved plate was up-side down. I notice that on the first urn, the engraving was all bold, but on the second urn only the cross and flowers were bold, but not the words and dates. I mentioned this to the rep. The third urn arrived with the words and dates bold, but not the cross and flowers. Bottomline - the staff was very helpful and desire 5 stars, but the quality control of their products leave a lot to be desired. Three urns, one being the wrong type and three identical faceplates engraved differently.
I just purchased my second urn from Mainely Urns and I could not be more satisfied with the whole process. Ordering was a breeze and instructions easy to follow. Kevin was amazing and extremely helpful when I called with a question. My order arrived in 4 days which was so quick and comforting since I received it before I got my pups ashes. During a difficult time Kevin made things so easy and respectful and just an amazing person. Thank you so much for your incredible business that touches so many lives. I love Harley’s urn.
I received a beautiful urn from this company quickly and in perfect condition. Even with personalized engraving, it came so fast! The urn was EXACTLY as pictured and described on their website. After recently purchasing from another urn company what ended up being a disgusting ugly urn for 3x the price and a customer service nightmare that ensured- receiving this order was a relief.Highly recommend!
We have used Mainely Urns for 3 previous fur babies and have been very happy with their urns. We now needed them for our 13 yo cocker Zoe. We lost her to cancer 6/27/2022. Mainely Urns did another amazing job, quick response and shipping. We got her urn before her ashes arrived. We highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.
I got my urn very quickly, I believe it was in PA within 4 days of my order, the artwork/text proof came very quickly and they did an amazing job on our little buddy's urn... First, if you need to purchase an urn, I'm so sorry for your loss. You won't make a "wrong" decision; you can get a different urn down the road and your funeral home should be willing to help you transfer the ashes. So do your best, but get this part done and move on.) I was paralyzed with indecision, so the ashes were at the funeral home for over four months! There were endless websites, products, and reviews. Then I found Mainely Urns. All my stress left me. The product quality is high! The choices are endless. I needed some artistic guidance, and they were so helpful. Months later, I'm so grateful for the quality and design! Amazing company! (If the website is difficult for you, you can call or email them for more help. Very responsive to emails!)
The customer service was phenomenal! They worked with me (before I even placed an order!) to create a beautiful engraved granite memorial stone. When it arrived at our home, my husband and I anxiously opened the box. We cried. It was exactly what our hearts needed to honor our sweet dog.
Hello sweetie!! *smiles* a lot, I recently obtained this wonderful product for my moms sisters aunts cousins third daughters best forms step mom and was very happy to see that it came in 5 pieces and also came with a dog I’m not sure if that was supposed to be included but it’s not breathing… anyway it smells like pumpkin spice and 8th grade dance thanks so much sweeties.!!
Hello!! Bought this for my wife, she didn’t want to be my wife but made her then bought her this bed. It smelled like dead sisters. She was asleep in it and acted out and I shut the lid in it, when I opened it she was asleep and has been for a few months now and I’m so happy with the silence! I want to say thank you and that the dead sister smell is truly astounding on how one can reach such a magnificent scent!
