Mark introduced himself and explained what he would be doing on the day, he was very polite, knowledgeable and thorough and he found lots of snags which I would never had seen some major and minor over a 150 in total
From start to finish, our experience with MAH Inspections was excellent. Cheryl was incredibly responsive from our very first enquiry and made sure we had all the information we needed well in advance of the inspection day.Mark was professional, punctual and extremely thorough. Before getting straight to work, he clearly explained the snagging process, where he would be inspecting (there honestly weren’t many places he didn’t look!), and what we could expect from the final report. He arrived on time and got straight to work and his attention to detail when identifying snags was far beyond anything we could have done ourselves.He also came across as a genuinely nice person who took the time to answer all of our questions and genuinely wanted the best outcome for our home.This service was worth its weight in gold and we would highly recommend MAH Inspections to anyone looking for a reliable and professional inspection service. Mark and Cheryl, have been brilliant throughout this snagging survey process. They both have been very professional and helpful, providing guidance when needed and explaining things, when I was unsure. Mark is very thorough with a great attention to detail, and provides a detailed digital report. It is the best money, I have ever spent for peace of mind as Mark found 131 issues on my new build. Nothing was to much trouble and Mark even accommodated my dog coming back from her walk, my dog doesn't take to kindly to strangers in the house and Mark was able to inspect the lounge first, so my dog could go straight through into lounge and not be disturbed. Mark really did create a calm environment. I would highly recommend the company. Absolutely brilliant.

Mark and Cheryl have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish guiding us through the whole process. Our snagging inspection was brought forward and communication was managed really well. Mark carried out the inspection and spotted numerous snags that we would not have until there was an issue later down the road. MAH gave us a comprehensive snagging report on our new property in Market Harborough and demonstrated a high level of expertise and attention to detail. Additionally, they accommodated a late change of survey date at short notice and with Mark visiting at a weekend. All in all, an excellent, professional service that I would recommend for anyone buying a new property.

Absolutely no complaints with my experience using MAH and would consult again in the future.Mark was very transparent in showing his method for inspecting the property and showed excellent industry knowledge when highlighting areas that weren't up to standard. Cheryl was very accommodating and prompt in responding to my initial enquiry and deserves credit for making the process smooth throughout. Genuinely can't give enough praise for how easy this process was made as a whole especially for how disorientating it was moving into my first house.
Mark was very professional and punctual. Didn’t leave a stone unturned. Received the report within the day. Highly recommended and a must for any new build owners.
