We’ve had a great experience with Macfox. The bike has a sleek design, feels sturdy, and rides very smoothly. It’s powerful but still comfortable for everyday use, and it’s been fun incorporating it into our family activities.The ordering and delivery process went smoothly, and communication was clear throughout. I ordered my macfox m20x back during early 2023 a to me birthday present I just want to leave a review, that overall experience has been very positive, they have an owner's page on Facebook were people can help each other with issues or upgrades I'm have a disability and I wasn't able to spend alot on an e bike, this m20x fit the budget in so many ways, I'm on my fourth year of ownership, I have done so many upgrades. Including painting the frame. And added a mid drive motor,I originally purchased this to take my service dog German Shepherd, I use a trailer for her she absolutely loves going on her trailer, to the beach and park, but I now have ended up using it far more than my car.I'm an older rider and love the retro style of this bike, it reminds me of a big old peddle bike looked like a dirt bike, I had as a kid bake in the 80s, it so heavy and hard to peddle but it didn't matter, because it was the bike every kid wanted.I didn't need any warranty work, But the company has always been available for questions,

The X1S Just Hits Different
I’ve been riding the Macfox X1S and I honestly love it. The street styling is what hooked me. It looks clean, aggressive, and different from most e-bikes out there. The purple and gold accents really make it pop and give it a unique vibe that gets compliments all the time. It’s smooth, quick off the line, comfortable to cruise on, and just feels solid overall. Super fun bike and definitely worth it if you want something that stands out.

Customer service and Quality of bike!
I’ve had a really good experience with my bike from Macfoxbike. The ordering process was smooth, shipping was quicker than expected, and the bike arrived well packaged with no damage. Assembly was straightforward and only took me about 20–30 minutes.The bike itself feels sturdy and well built for the price. The motor has plenty of torque, especially for riding around town and handling small hills, and the battery life has been consistent with what was advertised. I also like the overall design — it looks clean and gets a lot of compliments.Customer support was responsive when I had a quick question about setup, which is a big plus. For the price point, you’re getting strong performance, good build quality, and a fun ride.Overall, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, reliable e-bike for commuting or cruising.

Macfox is in my top 3 favorite e-bikes
I do YouTube reviews and I’ve reviewed over a dozen e-bikes. I wouldn’t bother writing a positive review if the bike is even decent. The Macfox actually made my top 3 bikes and despite having no suspension, was actually one of the most comfortable to ride! On top of that, and just looking awesome, it was a lot of fun to ride as well and the Macfox support was excellent.

The Bike That Started a Family Movement
We bought the Macfox M19 for our son, and honestly, we didn't expect it to change our entire family's weekend routine. But here we are -- all four of us on ebikes now, because there was no way we were getting left behind.From day one, the M19 has been everything we hoped for in a first ebike for a young rider. It feels solid, handles well, and most importantly, it gives us confidence from a safety standpoint. As a parent, that peace of mind is everything. Watching your kid ride ahead on something you actually trust makes all the difference.Our son absolutely loves it. The kind of love where he's asking to go out every weekend, every evening, any chance he gets. We stopped trying to slow him down and just bought bikes of our own to keep up. Best decision we ever made.What we didn't anticipate was how much the M19 would become the spark for genuine quality family time. No screens, no schedules -- just riding together, exploring the neighborhood, and logging miles we never would have otherwise. That's hard to put a price on.The M19 is well-built, fun to ride, and completely appropriate for a younger rider who wants to feel the thrill without us losing sleep. Highly recommend it to any family looking for a gateway into the ebike world. Fair warning though -- once one person gets one, everyone's going to want in.

Outstanding support and an excellent bike
I’ve been extremely impressed with my experience with MacFox. The e-bike itself is excellent, solid build quality, smooth ride, and great overall performance.What truly sets them apart, though, is their customer support. When I needed assistance with a suspension component, their team responded quickly and professionally. They didn’t just offer basic troubleshooting. They ultimately overnighted a brand new suspension to make sure the issue was fully resolved.That level of responsiveness and commitment to standing behind their product is rare. Outstanding support and an excellent bike! I highly recommend MacFox!

Macfox’s customer service/tech help is EXCEPTIONAL
Macfox’s customer service and tech help was exceptional in my experience. DJ was amazing. As a mom that knows nothing about e-bikes and how they work, I had purchased a battery upgrade kit for my son’s Macfox x1s. When it arrived we attempted to install and ended up messing up the existing controller. Macfox didn’t hesitate to help troubleshoot, identify the possible issues and offer to send the parts immediately. I explained that it was for my son’s birthday that was in just a couple of days- they even sent it with expedited shipping. The parts have not arrived yet, but DJ offered to send a video helping me connect everything when it does arrive! It’s very reassuring to know that there is such great customer service for something that is so unfamiliar to me!

It is very important to me to encourage other parents to always choose safety first, and Mac Fox is truly an outstanding choice! Mac Fox is by far the best decision we ever made. From the quality of the build to how extremely sturdy the bike is, everything exceeded our expectations. My son was hit by a car in a yellow crosswalk, and he was able to get up and walk away with only minor scrapes and bruises — all thanks to Mac Fox taking the full impact and protecting him.We are beyond grateful. Very pleased
Very pleased with the craftsmanship of the frame and components with providing comfortable handing. Bought this bike for my wife and wanted to make sure it was going to be safe and sturdy for her which exceeded my expectations. Very pleased with also the lighting for our night rides. The headlight is bright on both settings and tail light illuminates bright so I know traffic can see her clearly! As an avid two wheel rider of all types, I would have to say this is the best bang for your buck honestly.Side note: the bike sits pretty tall, so make sure you’re taller than 5’3” or you will be tippy toeing…but that bad is on my end!
