Lost a star by emailing the wrong delivery date
Trading as M4tec.com they had an excellent range of kitchen cabinet handles.I placed the order on the Easter Bank holiday Monday. By 4pm on the Tuesday I had an email confirmation saying the package would arrive the next day (Wednesday). It didn't. Wednesday came and went with no further communication. First thing Thursday I got an email saying it would arrive that day (Thursday). It did.Making allowances for a backlog over the Easter weekend, the next day delivery failure is perhaps forgivable, but it still has to lose a star for giving the wrong delivery date.The handles themselves were beautiful.
