SCAM!!
SCAM!!! As soon as they had Credit card info they blocked my phone number and would not answer calls. Address listed on site is a student housing.

Is this company a scam?
I am unable to talk to a human at the company to confirm my order and also to cancel the order. On their website it says if I cancel before shipping my money is refunded. So far I have followed all their website instruction and stil no refund or direct communication. Fear this a scam. Company finally refunded my money but still did not call or send custom email

Ordered a part for my mrcool hvac…
Ordered a part for my mrcool hvac system. The item pictured was not what i received when i asked to start the refund/return process i was told i would have to pay a restocking fee. The item was mis represented on the photo. Also the packaging for my order was terrible.
