I worked 1 on 1 with Snowcone and he helped set me up with the best plan I could get to run my minecraft server. The server is running 10 times better than my last host and would recommend this team any day!

My previous server host was shutting down but the owners knew the owner of LunarTech and prepared us for moving there. Once we started moving, I had issues with the website not letting me in, but the owner helped me get access and find what I needed to get the server running. Excellent service all around
I’ve been in contact with one of the employees for the past week and he has been helping me setup a whole server and has been very informational and very helpful. I would highly suggest LunarTech.
Best host ever! Snowcone was able to meet all of my needs and expectations! I had run into an issues that I couldn't solve myself so then he attempted himself the same way I did. That still was a bust until he had a system admin help me fix my problems. So happy to have gone with LunarTech and I would suggest that you do too!
I ordered a 8gb Minecraft server. Despite claiming they have 24/7 support on their site, not only did they take 3 days for one reply to my refund request, but it has been over one week and it has still not been completed.The hosting should improve their customer service response time. I shouldn't have to join the discord server just to ask them to reply to my ticket.
