I can’t wait to receive my first payout — keep your fingers crossed for me!As for the support team, I can say they respond very quickly, and the community on Discord also answers questions fast and is always happy to help.

Received my first payout from Lucid about 2 minutes after submitting request! Lucid has the fastest payouts without any hassles by far. This is almost the perfect prop firm out there and I have tried many of them. The only thing I would like to see is being able to request bigger payout than 3k in the 150k account. Other than that, Lucid is perfect!
Don’t doubt it and start taking action. Lucid Trading has been extremely good. I failed an Eval my trade breached the drawdown limit. We win some we loose some I know what I did wrong. The losses helped realizing there is no point to fear missing out on good setups . I’ve read sometimes the best trades are the ones we don’t take . Overall failing the EVAL was my fault. LUCID TRADING facilitates getting better/ and getting started from a beginner (or new mindset) , it makes trading easy so you can direct your focus on improving trades. Before failing an eval I bought another account but turned out I chose LucidPRO over the LucidFlex account. Contacted them via the support feature in their website submitting a ticket requesting the LucidPro account I accidentally purchased be switched to the Flex Account. By next day my account was switched over to Flex account I intended on purchasing as well refunding me the difference . I really appreciate Lucid Trading it surely helps so much . All their accounts are good but Lucid Flex is the way to go if you look for lower price tag not minding the requirement to pass an Eval. The fact it’s a one time payment instead of monthly is another reason Lucid Trading stands out. Over all you won’t regret choosing LUCID TRADING for real .
Bought an eval, but found out that Lucid has a list as long as your arm of "restricted countries", and if you're either a citizen or a resident of any of them, you aren't allowed to use Lucid's services. Understood that you might want to prevent money laundering and might not want to provide services to residents of countries that are clearly not desirable. However, I reside in a non-restricted country (have for the past five years ) and don't want to renounce my citizenship of the country of my birth (an African country, which is the greatest nation on earth). It seems that ALL African countries are "restricted" countries (no matter how sophisticated and well-governed they are, both politically and from a regulatory perspective). Everyone is shouting from the rooftops about how fantastic Lucid is. I just think they're a bunch of racist bigots.Another thing - while I was using the eval (before I became aware of the fact that my money is not good enough for them because of where I was born) I did have a couple of technical queries. Found their support staff to be grumpy and brusque (on 3 out of 3 queries).
Topnotch experience with Lucid, I passed their Flexx challenge and after I passed within 5 min I got my fubded account smoothly, Can't wait to make payouts with Lucid!Thanks AJ and Lucid team

tradeovate issue affected my account took a few days to basically say they are not resetting my freshly purchased account which instantly within literally one second was breached going long on gold price dropped maybe 6 pips i had no idea cme was down i work fulltime as an electrician i do love that the prices are reasonable no activation fee but can only imagine from this transaction how hard they will avoid paying had i been on the wining side of that outage im sure they would have disputed that too overall 3 stars
