I have ordered from Lovepop many times and have always been very happy with the products. This last time, however, my order was lost somewhere within the post office. I reached out to customer service and they very quickly responded, giving me several options to resolve the problem. I had my replacement order in my hand only three days after contacting them! Mary and Joy were prompt, helpful, kind, and genuine in their replies. I give Lovepop’s customer service an A++. Thank you!

There was a shipping error that caused my card to be late but lovepop was quick to refund my shipping as well as give me a discount for my next purchase. It’s little thoughtful things like this that set companies apart. I will most definitely buy cards through them again. Mistakes happen but how you respond to them matters and lovepop shows they truly care about their customers.

We have been ordering Lovepop cards for several years, their cards are really creative and there's one (or more) for every possible event in our lives. They are very high quality and always arrive very well packaged and we have never had damage. I ordered two for Valentines Day and they did not arrive on time. I contacted Lovepop customer service and they promptly refunded my money. Because of the quality of their product and their incredible customer service we are lifetime customers.

I love how unique Lovepop's cards and gifts are! I bought a card for my anniversary and unfortunately the personalization was off center. However, Mary from customer service went above and beyond to ensure I received the correct personalization and even added expedited shipping so I received it in time for my anniversary. I highly recommend Lovepop! The cards themselves are very high quality and adorable.

A bad experience turned positive
My granddaughter didn’t receive the original card, and I didn’t purchase the “tracking” option, who knows where it ended up. I wasn’t hopeful of a positive outcome, but they replaced the card and upgraded the shipping so it could be tracked. It was unfortunate that it was late. (Not their fault, I didn’t contact them soon enough), but I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received. I will definitely order from them again (but pay for the tracking). Thank you

Great, responsive customer service!
I had an issue with a card that never arrived due to a shipping mishap. Contacted LovePop and their customer service people responded right away and offered a refund or store credit. Customer service seems often lacking with companies nowadays but not with LovePop which is why I will continue to order their products. Plus, their cards are fun, creative and cool!

Shipping Scam
Ordered 8 days before valentine's day. They wanted to charge me considerably more to get it shipped early or use the $8 default (On or Before valentine's day). Valentine's dat has come and gone, no card. Its a scam to make you pay more for shipping, and if you don't, they punish you by shipping it late.

I ordered multiple cards for valentine's day and I received all but one. Lovepop contacted "ME", and stated that they were keeping an eye on my order. I was offered a replacement, even though it clearly wasn't their fault. They are doing business RIGHT!

Next-level customer service!
The carrier lost my card (at no fault of Lovepop) and when I contacted customer service, they were immediately responsive, helpful and kind. I am absolutely floored at how wonderful of an experience they made dealing with a negative situation. I absolutely will buy cards from them in the future because of how they treated me.

Wonderful Customer Service
The customer service was amazing. My package got lost in transit and not only did they give me multiple options for what to do next, but when I selected to have it re-shipped out they also upgraded my shipping for it to arrive (hopefully) on time. It felt like each person I spoke to actually cared about making it right and weren’t just trying to make the problem go away, which is how it feels a lot of other places lately. I normally don’t take the time to write reviews but I felt it was important given how rare of an experience this is these days.

Love this product so I ordered a card for Valentine's day. The card was stuck in transit and I emailed them and their customer service team was amazing. Not only are the cards cute and well made but the customer service is exemplary. I thought my order had gotten lost and contacted them about it. I had chosen the cheaper shipping option so did not have a tracking number. They responded almost immediately and gave me several options, including resending the cards or getting refunded (even though it wasn’t their fault). Above average support and response time. Highly recommend.
