Very lucky

I booked Victoria Car Park Eccleston Pl, SW1W to go to watch Hamilton with my granddaughter, pulled up there was another car in front trying to get in lucky for me it was tight and he was an absolute tool that couldn’t park so drove off, he hadn’t booked and was going to pay by phone if he’d got in I would have been screwed…… BUT because I got in and it was only a 3-4 minute walk I was happy with the place. Not a nice place if it was if I was a nervous person or a female as it’s in a back lane but very convenient otherwise

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY, Arrived at the car park at Oxford Circus half an hour before a show at the Palladiun, found the car park (around 8 vehicles only) open, unattended and full. On calling the office number they apologised and told me that I could park at Waterloo for free, meaning I would have missed my show. Unnecessary stress ruined an evening out in London.

Ebury Street car park is excellent

I have used the Ebury Street car park on multiple occasions for over two years now. The spaces are wide and all have easy access. The car park is gated but the code is sent in an email when you book, along with all necessary instructions. There is usually an attendant in the porter's lodge to help if necessary. The rates are very reasonable for a central London location, very close to Victoria Station and thankfully just outside of the congestion zone. Very safe, easy to find and easy to use, and has never been overbooked. I highly recommend it. The website is easy to use and I have never had any problems with payment or refund.

Turned up at the car park today and was locked with no access. Phoned them but number wasn’t active so assume that they are no longer trading.

Booked my parking with this company…

Booked my parking with this company before reading the reviews on here. After reading the articles on here I tried to cancel my booking. I was assured by the company that the car park I booked was genuine and there would be no issues. I went to the car park (Ebury Street, SW1W.) with the expectation of not getting in. The code provided was correct, the gates opened straight away and the car park was one of the best I have used in a fantastic area of London, 5 minutes from where I needed to be. After a very anxious start I was very happy with the service provided by this company. Hopefully the issues listed on the other reviews on here have now been addressed.

Scam

Scam. Reserved a space in Oxford Circus. When I arrived there was no way of entering the garage. Repeatedly called contact number on my booking for assistance - no answer.

Don't expect to find the space you booked

Same experience as other reviewers: booked in Brixton for an afternoon; when we came the car wash guy came over telling us there's no real parking space left and what morons the parking company are, always overbooking. He was very nice and helped us steer the car into a muddy corner that was left at the end of the plot.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! Paid to reserve a space in Oxford Circus, only to turn up to find there were approx 7 spaces which were all full!!! Other cars were trying to enter and we all tried to call the company. They were no help at all and said there was nothing they can do. Really helpful when you have tickets to a show and no where to park. Now have to apply for a refund. There was no way all the cars trying to get in would have a space. ITS A RIP OFF!!

I would rather stick red hot needles in…

I would rather stick red hot needles in my eyes. Than go through the experience caused by this company again. Booked paid and reserved a parking space a three hour drive to get to W1 to their Oxford circus garage through heavy traffic to park our car half a mile from the Palladium where we had seats booked at the theatre. Only to find we didn't have a space. Two other cars were also outside desperately trying to contact the company to find out what the hell was happening. I spoke with them and their advice. Just park up and block a vehicle. This was a very small car park my Mercedes E class would have blocked more than one vehicle. Their excuse. One car had over stayed. That's rubbish. Two other people couldn't get in either. I was then advised to park where I could. and they would pay my fine. Not withstanding the fact that my car would probably be impounded if i simply parked it in Regent street for 12 hours. they were now asking me to trust them! to pay my fine, after not providing my parking space I had booked and paid for. He now wanted me to trust him. I'm afraid we had gone past any trust points by this stage. So to recap. If you want to spend 7 hours driving around London, miss your West end show that cost £700 have the day totally ruined and be forced to drive home. If that sounds like a good day out for you. These are the perfect guys.

DO NOT USE BRIXTON

DO NOT USE BRIXTON Never again! Had to drive to Brixton from Norfolk for a long awaited concert at the O2Academy because of the train strike. Booked for 24hrs fairly easily online last week and although it said it hadn’t gone through it then showed up on email it had. Arrived at car park/car wash and just a few cars against one wall and no spaces. One of the car wash guys came over (appeared to be in charge). He slated the company saying they always overbook, that I would have to call the company number on the board for my money back (I knew that would be impossible). He said we couldn’t park, there’s no spaces and we’d have to find somewhere else and vaguely waved his arm down the road. I suggested we could park on the side wall or in the middle (empty) bays by the car wash to which he replied, no they’re for my cars.I said let us sit here for a few minutes while we call and then try to find an alternative car park. While we sat there someone else came in and left so we were able to park. Pure luck. Fortunately when we arrived back 24hrs later the car was still there and no damage. Very stressful as it’s the first time we’d driven into London. No help from ‘staff’. Now looking at reviews (something I would normally do beforehand) I see it’s not just us. I want to say it’s a complete scam but I give one star because we did actually park but we could easily have left when the guy told us too and lost our money. How many people have this company taken money from and not been able to park?

Never, never, never use this service.

Never, never, never use this service. They take money for a parking space that doesn't exist then stonewall any attempt you make to find out why. I had an appointment at the Passport Office in Victoria for an emergency passport that I needed urgently for a work trip. I booked a parking space nearby via this service, arrived with an hour to spare and found that (1) The Lookingforcarpark recommended route to the space was impossible to follow because it involved driving the wrong way down one-way streets and (2) When I finally found a way to the space I found that the car park advertised did not exist. I tried to contact Lookingforcarpark repeatedly but got no response. If not for the help of a very kind petrol station manager who allowed me to leave my car in his forecourt for an hour, I would have missed my appointment, missed out on getting a passport and missed a crucial work trip. Never, never, never use this service.
