Our waitress introduced herself, and set the mood telling us she would have been there sooner had she not had a nose bleed and had just returned from the restroom. She delivered our order, and never bothered to ask if it was suitable. Had finished our meal before she returned to offer a drink refill. Her appearance was less desirable as she had a large nose ring and other facial perforations. No manager visit. Food mediocre. Won''t go back to an establishment that once was a favorite.

We went to the Midvale, Utah Longhorn Steakhouse for the first time. The service was slow, the atmosphere was loud and dirty. Unrolling my napkin it was so gross because it was dirty. The food was awful. Our salads had so much salad dressing we couldn’t eat them. My chicken was undercooked and my mashed potatoes was mostly butter. The only good thing was the bread they brought at the beginning. We didn’t even box up what we didn’t eat. We were excited to try this place and had no prior expectations. Will never dine there again.

I went to longhorn and Oak lawn and the service was very good. Our server name was Bella absolutely the best server that I’ve had in my life very attentive very knowledgeable and did amazing job. Kudos to Bella.

We eat here in Jacksonville
We eat here in Jacksonville, NC quite a bit, and have had good food most of the time, but this past Saturday, 02/07/26 was extremely good. We had a coupon that was not good any longer, however the manager was so very nice and she gave us a free appetizer anyway. The server was excellent and the food was also. This is way we continue to come back to this restaurant.

It did not take long to get a table. The Waitress was very nice and was very good helping us to order our meal. It did not take long for the food to come out and it looked like something out of a magazine. The steakburger was so good. Cooked to my specification, the meat was tender to each bite. My wife had the chicken tenders and they looked really good. I had to take a bite of hers and he chicken was juicy and tender as well. We had a loaded baked potato and glazed Brussel spouts. Both were very good. The waitress kept checking on us and she was awesome. The manager even came out and was talking with the customers. You don't see that often. The whole experience was were were completely satisfied with the cleanness of the restaurant, the food was so good, the staff was very nice. I would recommend this as being the best steakhouse in town. We really enjoyed this restaurant and will come back. I will be telling my friends to check it out.

Filthy and Nasty restuarant and bathrooms.
I ordered the cheeseburger plate. The burger was well done, cold and dry. Potato was cold also. The store was filthy. A1 sauce had sauce stains on the lid and bottle. The light on table looked like it had never been dusted. Trash on the floor and a fork someone dropped earlier under our table. The men's bathroom was a Huge Nasty. Urine on the floor (glad I wear shoes) Urinal was so stained, like it had never been cleaned. Soap scum everywhere. All over experience is a D+.

We went to the Easley longhorns, waiter was really nice, took a long time to get our drinks, we all (4of us) got ribyes , they were so heavily marinated with pepper I couldn't eat mine because it was so peppered it was burning me mouth, and all 4 was this bad. Now what really upsets me is that when paying our bill it was $85.03 I left a $10.00 tip because thats all we had , we never go out to dinner because of finances. Then I get me bank statement and it showed a $15.00 tip it went from $85.03 to $103.03 that makes a 15.00 tip, as you would imagine I am pissed. I'll never return to this restaurant.

This was the first time there for takeout.I ordered 3 kids sirloins medium rare either kids or I could it them they were so hard to chew they were awful Bake potatoes the skin was so hard you couldn't even cut it They put bread on bottom so it was smashed I don't know if I would go back or not.

I would give longhorn 5 stars, but I can't do to one particular security guard. I believe he is either Hispanic or Cuban. Heavy set that's actually a bigot towards the homeless and cruel towards service animals, stating that you can't have a service animal in the casino or take a service animal into the bathroom, which is highly illegal and can utterly end up in a lawsuit. At the same time, he's making up his own rules as he goes along. The other security guards were very cordial and understanding and respectful. This One Security guard was just a complete and total j******, and what he says goes, even if it's wrong, the long should really educate some of their staff on the laws related to service animals as though this will end up in a lawsuit because it is highly illegal. To discriminate against a service animal due to your ignorance of the laws.\Which now gives longhorn the reputation of being bigot towards service animals and homeless due two 1 person that unknowledgeable security guard.

Worse place I have ever eaten and shouldn’t be on Gerave St in Columbia SC. Between incorrect orders and late arrival of orders it was not a good place to frequent for dinner.

You would think that a takeout order would be just as good as what is served in the dining room. Well I got a rare steak, not med rare and mushy broccoli. The bread was smashed in aluminum foil and it got flat. I was so disappointed. The good news is the chicken fingers and fries were good. Had I been in the dining room I certainly would have complained. Next time I guess I will go somewhere else.

I came to this location on 11/21/25, on My birthday.I couldn't treat myself because the 2 hosts prioritized their guests and excluded me! I was present before many. I acknowledge customers that pull up and park their cars. While I was sitting and waiting for a table, they allowed many to get in front of me. African Americans only make up 6% of the population in Spring Hill, TN. They made sure they were very explicit!I had no other choice but to leave because of their explicit bias!

Darden has been doing a great job in Florida as of recent. the newly opened Longhorn in particular is great in service & haste. i’ve seen countless times where impatient, inordinate guests come into hospitality as soon as they enter. there’s a particular worker by the name of Savanna (no h) who does well in articulating this hospitality, which I’d be glad to point out. though not the only one; one of the greatest. If you’re looking for something more fulfilling for the weekend consider a restaurant led by the most capable crew at Longhorn.

My husband and my mother and I went to Longhorn steakhouse on W. Ridge Rd. in Greece on Friday, and we had an amazing experience. Tishara, our waitress was awesome. She checked on us at least three times to make sure we had everything we needed. My husband said his fillet steak was the best he’s ever had and cooked perfectly. I had a chicken sandwich and brussels sprouts. They were absolutely amazing. Would recommend this restaurant and the waitress we had.
