Quality products that I have been using for the last 3 years . Overlander bag , bar bag and Mototent. Recently had a issue with the tent which has had lots of trips in very windy weather and rain. The support of customer service was brilliant and they have gone above and beyond to sort me out. In less than a week I have a replacement part of the tent. I could not fault the quality of the tent as it withstood a very windy night and was still standing in the morning. I now look forward to many more camping adventures

Superb company to deal with I ordered a incorrect part for my bike from the first point of contact with Anna at lone rider it was a simply return process she sent a link for the correct part this was ordered and my replacement part swiftly arrived. My refund on the incorrect part was also handled as simply and swiftly. I would highly recommend lone rider and will certainly be using them in the future.

Excellent Customer Service
I've bought multiple items from Lone Rider, most recently the ADV bags, and I've always been very impressed with the quality. I contacted LoneRider regarding the MotoCase I previously ordered for my R1250GSA as through my own fault, I lost the lock set to allow me to lock it with my bike keys. I contacted LoneRider to ask about purchasing another set and Anna got back to me very quickly and offered to send me a replacement set free of charge which I wasn't expecting.

I bought the full Crash bar upper , Crash bar lower and skid plate. Also the Lone Rider Lights. The product over all I believe is the ive ever seen. Not only is the installation fairly simple , they make it even better with the help of thier walk through installation on YouTube. Recently emailed lonerider for spare parts ( screws ) and they were so generous to send the whole package with the screws. This effort from them separates Lonerider from any other company ive dealt with in bike world. Hands down Lonerider is the best product made especially focused on the BMW GS ! Thank you guys at Lone Rider. I cant wait to see the new luggage bags released for the GS stock set up. Just take my money ! Let me know when its available.... BTW.... Anna is the best !

I bought them a bag already knowing the brand’s strong reputation, and they completely lived up to it. Ordered a luggage rack. Took 2 1/2 months to get. In the meantime I went a different route. No emails, no nothing. Went to return it. Asked for a prepaid sticker. Was informed they don't do that. Lovely customer service.

Had the best after sales service from Anna. From having replacement nuts & bolts, inner bags due damaged clip during shipment to carry straps. The product is really good and sturdy. Have never regretted buying from them!

Outstanding Customer Service
Purchased the advbags 70 in June 2025 which were promptly delivered. Due to trips being postponed, they never got unboxed until Jan 2026, at which point i discovered that it contained 2 x right hand holsters and 0 left hand holster.Got in touch with Lone Rider and explained the situation, but as it had been 7 months since purchase i wasnt expecting much. I was wrong, they immediately apologised for the error and 2 days later the missing holster landed on my doorstep.Any company can make a packing error, but not many would sort the issue as quickly and efficiently as Lone Rider. 5 star service - huge thanks to Anna at Lone Rider.

Great product, amazing support!
First, I would like to talk about the product itself. I have their LR MotoTent for a couple of years now...very good product, resisting well through the time and some rough storms.Also, I bought the MotoCase 57L in 2025, and to summarize it, that is the best case I ever had in 25 years trying all sort of qualities, prices, models, styles of cases, including the BMW OEM boxes used on the GS lineup. I had a small personal issue with my MotoCase keys and received a lightning fast feedback and immediate support from Anna (Customer Service). Highly recommend Lone Rider!

I was a little disappointed when my inner tent arrived with a fault so emailed Anna at LoneRider to seek advice. Within 40 mins of my email being sent another inner tent on its way to me and my issue resolved. Things go wrong in every company but it's how they deal with it counts! You get what you pay for in this world and LoneRider have proved they support customers when difficulties occur. 5 stars

Excellent build Perfect Upgrade for the R1300 GS/A
Excellent build quality and premium look. The amber colour combination looks fantastic on my R1300 GSA and really elevates its appearance. Service and interaction were smooth and professional. One suggestion would be to make the headlight guard slightly more secure, as the easy-remove design, while convenient for cleaning—also makes it easy to remove when the bike is parked. Overall, highly recommended.
