24/7 HELP!!!!
I've been using LogOnFixit for about 8 years now. No matter the day or time they are always there to save the day. Ravi and Mike are both wonderful! I pay the yearly rate as I'm a business owner and can't afford to have computer problems. Whenever I do they take care of it asap! So glad I found them!!!!! 😊

I love this company and the services…
I love this company and the services they provide. This is my 2nd time working with Ravi in 2 years. This company is honest and I feel that my information is safe and in good capable hands. Also, I don't feel like an idiot when talking to Ravi. I feel like I have my own private tech for my computer needs. Thank you Ravi again for your expert knowledge and grace.

Although LogOnFixit.Com was primarily setup up for removing computer viruses Michael has superior technical skills. Recently he resolved a problem involving Microsoft and Apple. Specifically Outlook was not connecting to iCloud. Apple could not fix the problem. Nor could Dell's Premium Technical Support. My conclusion is that Michael has a skill set superior to these two computer icons ... 😎

Top notch guys
Top notch guys... They absolutely know what they are doing. Seem to work 24/7. Ive called on Holidays Sundays and 1 in the morning, gotta love it. If they dont pickup they always get back to me. The minute my computer gives me any trouble they have always come through. 5 plus years as a customer is a testament to their company. Try them you'll be glad you did.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
5/8/24-Today I worked with Ravi who fixed 2 annoying issues-one on a PC and one on my laptop. I am not at all savvy with computers but Ravi was very kind and patient and even told me I could ask him to slow down if he was going too fast for me. He fixed everything for what I thought was a reasonable fee. I will definitely be using LogOnFixit in the future. If you have any hesitation about using this company-I can very highly encourage you to call them. You will surely be very pleased.

Prompt return phone call even though it…
Prompt return phone call even though it was late at night. Needed immediate resolution to a computer freeze and loss of data. Very important business dead line looming. Support was very good. Technician did not seem overwhelmed by the issue. Resolved the fault, and recovered my file. Cleared the virus, cleaned the computer. Added protective updates. The computer was significantly faster. Anything that is very good, and leaves you in a much better position is a great value to have.

This has been my go to service for more than a few years now. Gets right on my computer via Team Viewer and checks out the issues, no matter where you live. Very fair pricing and no up front payment unless on course you have to order a part.

Logonfixit always comes through!! They deserve many more than 5 stars. Never thought I would mail my computer anywhere, much less to the opposite coast, expecting I would need a new one. It was not only repaired quickly but upgraded & running faster than ever. Prompt in returning a call, professional, very knowledgeable and patient in making sure the instructions are understood. I feel extremely fortunate to have found them and recommend them to everyone.

I spent a total of 5 hours on a registry issue and it was a nightmare until Ravi came on my computer and fixed it within 20 minutes. He was so nice and gave amazing service and is a testament to your company. He has great English as well. The job was perfect and the price was fair. I will never go through another time like today as I will never go anywhere else. Amazing Job.

IF I'M IN MICHIGAN THEN LOG ON FIXIT MUST BE GOOD
I have gone to California for my computer needs for a number of years, even though I live in Michigan. The owner of LogOnFixit is a great person and he and his associates do excellent computer repair work. They don't do "stuff" to charge you more and Mike will make sure you are 100% satisfied with the job. So Log On and get your problem Fixed.
